Inter won vs Cagliari, no surprise tho, and Milan victory was the worst scenario for them. Their last hope is Sassuolo winning vs Milan which is unlikely to happen, even a draw won't be enough for Inter. It is their fault after all.
Roma in the other hand wasted it vs Venezia with a draw and Fiorentina could kick them from European competitions spots. Dunno for how long Mourinho will stay there if Roma gets nothing this season.

Surely there is nothing good happening in Roma as they are currently the worst team in Italian league with no win in last five matches and now most chances they are going out of European Competitions with just hope is Europa Cup Conference League which final is coming against Feyenoord on 26th May if they lost this then surely we are watching Mourinho is going out of job and Roma is going to be in trouble as next season could be more tough with this all.

The task actually not really difficult for Milan because next match their target is just not to lose because 1 point is enough for them to be the champion of Serie A this season and they have the capacity for that because on the paper Milan is the favourite compare to Sassuolo so i think without doubted most people will predict Milan will going to win the match but do not underestimate Sassuolo because all possibilities can be happen and on week 38 Milan should be play all out
