For Allegri, he has the necessary projects to start winning games, but he's performing below his expectations which put his job on the line, I think the board is just been nice and patience with him, that's why he's still active as Manager.

There are so many miscommunications. I have been watching milan against chelsea. I know that there were so many moments where ac milan's player can't make a good communication from one to the each other. Some ball were missing.
Chelsea has been using it so well as chelsea able to create three goals. This puts chelsea have same points as ac milan. A bit difficult for milan to beat juventus easily. We know that how good juventus from its last game.
