Most balanced? I don't quite agree with your view. I think last season was better in this regard, if you remember, we couldn't even predict which team would be champion until the last weeks of the league.
If I remember correctly, there were 2-3 teams that had a chance to become the champion even when there was 1 month left until the end of the league

Indeed I can't say that it is fully balanced now. Because Napoli are just like at another level if we compare them to the rest of the teams. Yes there are "some" owners who like to spend money and win something, sure PSG probably doesn't make a profit and the owner has to pay from their own pockets to keep it going, these are all understandable.

But, most clubs are just a business and they aim at either making as little loss as possible year to year and grow the clubs value more, or they want to even make a profit.
