Napoli against Frankfurt should be an easy one for Napoli and a free pass to the quarter finals but I don't Napoli will even get to the finals because of the calibre of teams they will be meeting in the Champions league. Assuming they get matched with Real Madrid or PSG in the next Round I doubt they will be able to survive past these two champions league giants. I just can't wait for the games to resume after the world cup, i already miss the thrilling games.

You have a point of course. Frankfurt were the underdog against Barcelona last season but they surprised people by eliminating Barcelona later on. On the other hand, it was the Europa League. Barcelona's financial condition was also much more decent than now. They didn't make a very big effort to go for the Europa League title as a result. Because a team like Barcelona wouldn't care about the Europa League title much considering their quality level. There should be a reason for them to fight for it for real.

When it comes to the Champions League things are much more different. This is the biggest tournament among all the European tournaments above all else. None of the teams has the luxury of not caring about it. Napoli have had a great run so far here also. Frankfurt have impressed people maybe but they had better be prepared for their biggest challenge so far. Otherwise Napoli can tear them apart.

Maybe in this case the trophy from the Conference League is one of the advantages of Roma but on the other hand for Serie A I quite agree with what you said because in any case at the moment there is nothing that really makes Mou successful because you see from his current condition instead this looks monotonous and indeed there is no significant change for Rome.

I see Olivier Giroud shining brightly in this world cup, even in the match against England he became a big hero because a goal from Giroud was able to lock France victory over England. ac milan is certainly proud of what giroud did on the world cup stage. i feel ac milan will give olivier giroud a new contract after the world cup is over he is a player who shines when he is old. It's worth waiting for whether he will be able to bring AC Milan back to win the Scudetto this season. Lukaku was fully recover from his injured and it proven recently he can play at world cup with Belgium but unfortunately Lukaku hasn't performing well on that competition even he unable to scoring goals and failed to bringing Belgium qualified to round of 16 and after his national team eliminate probably Lukaku will return to Inter in the near future and at this team Lukaku hopes he can find his shape again but i think it's hard to see he performing well again at Inter and the latest rumour i have heard from him is Inter have a plan to ended his loan duration early this January and they will attempts looking for new players instead of him this because Inter very dissapoint to see his performance this season

It’s a good feeling seeing Lukaku return from injury and back in the squad for Belgium. A lot of speculations and criticizing have been going down about the player's performance so far from Chelsea and making a move away to Inter Milan and I know the fans will be expecting to see a good come back for the Belgian star in the world cup and will be disappointed seeing how bad they performed and got eliminated in the knockout stages. We know their quality but now Ibra is also very old and with his actual condition that has not fully recovered this can only be an encouragement for the young people there. As for Origi, while he was in Milan's uniform, I haven't seen anything striking from him, even if you look at his performance now, I prefer to see Leao, even though there were a few matches where he seemed to be pushing.

Mourinho is a genius figure for sure he can bring roma to be a team that finishes in 4th place for this season. in the europa league roma will face rb salzburg in february where this match will be important enough to win in order to qualify for the next round. AS Roma only needs to maintain consistency in the second half of Serie A because Roma is believed to be able to provide attractive competition in breaking into the top 4.

in Serie A, Giroud is still pretty good. he has earned his place in the squad and managed 5 goals and 3 assists in the season. seeing his performance in the national team could make his performance in Milan improve. although the feelings and pressure when playing for the national team, especially in knockout matches are of course different when playing in the League.
but Giroud has proven he still has value to be considered. I think he can take France to the final.

After winning UEFA Conference League in last season there were clear indication now Roma could be at his best, and they will fight at the top of the Italian league, but sadly things are not going good for them, and they are currently at the seventh spot which is surely not good for them and their fans those were overexcited about their chances into this season and in UEFA Europa Cup they are also drop and now have to fight against Salzburg for the round of 16 hopefully they will win and have their better chance for the title again in the Europa Cup because now with their form most chances they will be not able to fight in Serie A for the top rank and having chance for the Champions League spot in next season.

They will try to have a position in top for and is eligible for Champions League 2023 - 2024. They have another option to win Europa League and have a ticket to Champions League. He helped Porto to win Europa League and Champions League in two consecutive seasons and will he be able to almost repeat it in Roma? Both Porto and Roma have limited player resources and Mourinho is important to use best ability of players they have.

Salzburg looks to be a good opponent for Roma to beat and move to quarter round of Europa League. I really do not understand why Roma is facing this type of problem. They started the season with a lot of promise, but now they are absolutely stumbling over themselves. I know that there are only three points behind Lazio, which is in fourth place. But just look at the form that they are in right now. Jose Mourinho needs to fix a lot of problems in the team. Roma is a team which has neither been able to score enough goals nor been able to defend well enough. They have scored 18 goals and conceded 14. That speaks a lot about the team.

Origin is still new to the Milan team and still needs time to adapt certain well which I know he will. He has the energy to do that, what is affecting him is being on the bench for so long affects someone playing form.
As for Ibra, in as much as it is his decision to say when he wants to retire, if I am a coach I will not be giving him that much playing time because he will tend to slow the speed and frequency of the game.

Roma are facing a tough period both in terms of player injuries and the physical condition of the players themselves.  For some, the world championship has just ended, for someone it's still going on and this doesn't bring balance to the team.  Then there is also the problem of the player Karsdorp who will probably be sold because there are problems of understanding with Mourinho.
