I don't really agree with saying Inter are on a different level to Napoli now because it would be really funny to say the difference in level where they are actually quite the same in terms of players.
It's just that at this time, not only Inter but other big clubs in Serie A (besides Napoli) always experience the same problem every year, namely failure in inconsistency and this is what makes the difference.

We all saw it, Napoli are still the strongest team at the moment although I don't think Inter are a difficult opponent for them the levels are different  
Among other teams I see Juventus is the most aggressive lately slowly they take their place in the top 3 and they have the best defense with only 7 goals conceded
But in scoring goals they are low meaning that Juventus strikers are less productive and they could buy a new striker in the next transfer market.

Inter are strong as a team, they have strong players.
But as a company it sucks, in fact the players are not cohesive, they are not a real team and they don't play as a team.

True, the performance of Napoli can't be looked down upon because they are going to be crown champions of the league should the league ends today and cueerrently they are the best-performing team in the Italian league this season and they have been able to maintain an unbeaten run since the beginning of the season till the international break so they deserve to be at the frontline of discussion since they are still the league leaders regardless of the other clubs which are doing well too but the performance of Napoli out ways all the other clubs this season.

The Performance of Napoli players is similar to that of Leicester as you clearly stated when they last won the league you could see the zeal to score goals and win matches in every game and the players are given their all in every Napoli game just to secure the 3 points to keep the winning run and keep the points ahead of other league contenders.

Inter Milan are still suffering from the departure of Lukaku two seasons ago. Edin Dzeko came but he is very old striker and even he can help them to have goals and contribute to their team formation and operation, he is no longer able to do this in all matches.

The best realistic outcome for Inter would be to pursue second place. This is because there is only a three-point difference between the second position and Inter's fifth place in the league.

@masulum, I also agree that there have been some examples of a few players entering the Premier League from some other leagues. These players were not performing as well as they should have been. So, I think that is something which will always be in the back of the player's mind before moving to the English Premier League. It is true that Marcus Thuram is currently displaying positive performances. However, I am not sure how he is able to perform when there is bound to be a significant upgrade to the competition.

Of course Napoli is one of the most convincing ones because of their form, but I really hope that other teams will be tough in the second half of the season. Napoli have tended to fail to maintain their form in the last few seasons and there is a possibility that this season they will experience the same thing. That is one of the interesting facts about Napoli, but I really admit that expectations about them are very high.

Napoli's performance and form this season have been outstanding, It has always been Juventus ahead of every other team in the Italian Seria A. Seeing Napoli is such form this season makes me doubt they will be able to hold up until the end of the season, I also feel they  fall off track along the way. There is still a possibility that Ac Milan and Juventus can make a come back in the trophy race.

Because they actually have no problem with scoring goals at all. If you check their statistics in the league so far you can see that they have scored only three less goals than Napoli so far. They are technically the second most scoring team in the league now. However they are this bad due to the big weaknesses in their defense line. They should strengthen their defending somehow.

Maybe finding better defenders would be a solution for this. Or they should just try new things in their defensive strategies. Inter may not be the champion but they can finish the season at the second spot at least.

Napoli managed to play their best game with good teamwork, they managed to win 5 times in a row, with this victory they managed to maintain their position at the top of the Serie A League standings and no one managed to take this position away from Napoli.
