But, we know, there are Galliani and Berlusconi, they are both figures who are able to provide motivation for players, even though their position is not as a coach. I remember very well how Galliani and Berlusconi at AC Milan, they really believed in the players they had, because of this, it was very rare to see players to be indisciplined, even Balotelli could be a "good boy" at Milan.
