With the way Roma have been playing lately 2nd place seems too high for them, Lazio with its game deserves 2nd place more than Roma.

The game against Napoli was a good example of how the team conceding possession of the ball competently builds strategy on the counterattack and pressing, not to let Napoli turn around as quickly as possible to cover players and in general Lazio managed it. All this eventually resulted in a great goal by Matias Vesino, I think even Napoli fans have to agree that the goal was very beautiful.

Right now, situation is very interesting at top of Italian League as we have now five teams for the top four spots with most chances all will be fight hard until end of this season because Lazio's yesterday win is surely game changer for them and now with this win they can stay in top four, and we can have few interesting changes in other spots Roma is going to face Juventus which is also giving their best for having some positive end of this season after deduction of 15 points and as they are playing most chances they could be able to touch fifth spot in near future with top four is still not easy for them but as we have unpredictable results any surprise can happen.

AC Milan which was having good time in early rounds right now in trouble for staying into top four and this could be good for the Roma otherwise for me there is no chance for them to be entered into top four.

Milan is now losing.

Fiorentina just scored a penalty for a Hand touch.
If it ends like this Milan at the end of this turn can be out of the Champions' League Zone.

The first half was horrible for Milan but they have had a much better half in the second one. However Fiorentina's goal came in the same half also which has made things really difficult for Milan.

It is still 1-0 and we are in the last 15-minute period of the game now. I was waiting for a challenging game though just as bookmakers did. But I was still believing in Milan not to lose at least after starting to improve their form lately. But they are just desperately trying to score the equalizer now. There hasn't been much time since Ibrahimovic took Giroud's place in the game. I wonder if he can be the game changer. But they are really feeling the absence of Leao right now.

Napoli maybe dominated that match statistically but it isn't always enough for a win either. Lazio have proven once more that they are one of the teams that can deal with high pressure. Because I wasn't giving them any chance after seeing how Napoli were superior to them there. But this loss doesn't matter very much for Napoli as well. They are already far ahead of every team in the standings and they are clearly the champions already.

Besides I still expect Napoli to continue on their wins against smaller teams. This was their second big match in the league that they lost too so there is no problem at all.

I thank God that you understand that, in these days the team that possesses ball is not guaranteed to win a match. Lazio is a strong team as well so Napoli can't just win them like that,  when I saw the Napoli performance, it was nice. Their wins were good. Their squad is also out standing.

The peoples those understand soccer deeply they know how things works here and mostly teams are having strong squads can do surprises like this Lazio is surely good team and Sari is also one of the best person who is currently doing good job and having fair chance for the top four spot which is good for them and now their performance against Napoli is surely going to be one of the best which will give them good confidence for the rest of this season.

Napoli is still having good lead from the second spotted teams and as we have few more unpredictable matches this is going to be beneficial for them, and they can feel comfortable at the top without any problem right now Fiorentina vs AC Milan is having nothing action after the end of first half hopefully AC Milan will take good positive end of this match as well.

as I expected Ac monza was able to finish the match against Empoli with a win. Ac monza is back in 10th place in the standings. It should be remembered that they are a promotion team this season but their performances have been relatively good in their first season. I think ac monza will be a strong team next season because in board management Ac monza is filled with people who have great experience in building a team to become a strong team.

Ac monza is targeting them to finish the season in the top 10 and I think this will be a big reality for them this season. An overhaul is urgently needed in bringing in players of the highest quality and this must be done by the AC Monza management in the next summer transfer window.

Empoli played all out and they even kept trying until the whistle sounded but it was a shame because after they equalized they had to concede again through a goal from Izzo in the 67th minute.
The conditions now are very good for Monza because with these 3 points they managed to get into 10th position now even though the conditions are still not safe but this is still very good for a promoted club like them.

Jovic's goal just put an end to the game there. Milan were able to score very late that there wasn't any time left for an equalizer. But of course a team like Milan still shouldn't make do with a draw in such game. Yeah maybe Fiorentina can be a challenging opponent in an away game. But Milan still have much better players to turn the tide anytime. Pioli just couldn't make use of this situation here.

Milan were doing really good before by maintaining a winning streak. It was important for them to recover again but now this is a really big hit to their streak.

This week serie-A has come to an unexpected conclusion. Napoli - lost to Lazio for the second time. In fact, this defeat is not very important for Napoli, small points losses on their way to the championship can be ignored. Actually, I was not surprised when Milan lost. They have an unbalanced game, if they continue like this, they will drop from fourth place, I think, I can't see a game that deserves fourth place right now. Who will be the second, the real question is this is the most contentious place. As I said, I don't even put Milan in the fourth place, Inter and Lazio teams remain.

Only Napoli is a decent team this year; the other teams are mediocre and can't beat weak teams.

On Friday, Napoli lost to Lazio, and today Milan lost to Fiorentina. That was unexpected by Milan, but that's what one gets for betting on only one option out of trust in a team. Milan messed up my bet just as Napoli did. Monza has played well and defended their home, managing two goals against Empoli. I just thought Milan could do better today.

They don't have a good form that can motivate them against Inter to resist solidly. Inter got an unexpected loss against Bologna the last time indeed but this is an opportunity to make up for that. I don't doubt especially Inter attackers to be effective in this game.

As Milan lost their game as well this is a chance for Inter to get away from them too. Inter still seem a bigger candidate than Milan for the second position.

Yes that's what i believe too, inter will not find any difficulties to get the 3 points against lecce and get back the second position, but they need to be focused and not underestimate their oppenet, they lost the previous match against a weak team and i don't think this will happen again today

I would say this is an unexpected result. Napoli was favorites in this match. And Napoli's overall performance was much better than Lazio's. But even then, Napoli lost the home match. I watched the match. I never once felt Napoli's performance was poor. Napoli performed as in previous matches. Lazio's goalkeeper Provedel's performance in this match impressed me. He made some great saves. Also, Lazio's defense was very strong in this match. Maybe Lazio's aim was perhaps to draw the match goalless and share the points. But Matias Vecino's goal achieved them full points in the match.

Luck was with Aquilotti in that match, even though Napoli played more promisingly and appeared to press in the early minutes, Lazio managed to build a strong defense, forcing Victor Osimhen not to move freely and not many shot attempts were made by Napoli in this match. Lazio managed to distance themselves from AC Milan and Roma in this match, thereby placing them in the number two position in the standings. Matias Vecino impressed in this match, while scoring one goal for Lazio's victory.

Playing as the host and in front of all his supporters, of course, Intermilan will give their best game when they host Lecce later. Inter Milan is doing this with the mission of getting back up after last weekend's defeat to Bologna. Lazio's victory yesterday against Napoli put them in second place in the standings, I think it won't last long on paper Intermilan can take over second place in the standings by beating Lecce later, my prediction is Intermilan winning 2 - 0 and I'm betting on that.

Monza played very well against Empoli. Their gameplay was very organized. Although they reduced the attack, their performance was stable. They were aware of the opponent's weaknesses. And so Monza had no problem winning the match.

This season Milan looks to have difficulty competing at the top flight, this must of course be an important note for Milan Management to overhaul its squad next season. My doubts about AC Milan were proven last night when AC Milan only managed to pull one goal back in the final minute (90+5).
The front line of Stefano Pioli's squad is far from expectations. They only managed 8 shoots or half of Fiorentina's total shoots throughout the match.

Instead of staying close to the Champions, now their rivals (Inter Milan) have a chance to get away from them as Inter Mikan will face Lecce at the Giuseppe Meazza and have a good chance of winning.

Milan was so weak during the first and second half. The defenders are always making blunders by leaving their position and going forward. If you are aware there would always be only two defenders available to prevent counter attack by fiorentina. it's not enough to prevent fiorentina to make goals. I do like the first goal celebration by fiorentina.

The second goal was happening caused by there were only two players who must be faced a fast counter-attack by fiorentina. The defenders have become the main problem for ac milan. Acmilan's defenders are playing so bad by always leaving their positions.
