Good match, I liked Milan more, their attacks were more dangerous, but Roma's defense was rich and played almost without errors. Ac milan was lucky to get 1 point away from home, which I think is a positive thing for them. away games are pretty tough matches for every team and sometimes they have to put in a lot of effort to get the maximum result. I'm sure many are disappointed with this result but I think these two teams are equally strong and have a fairly stable pattern of play in this match.

It is true that the match between these 2 strong teams in Serie A looks very funny. Both made goals in injury time (extra time), Milan even scored a goal when the time was almost over. I don't why they look like to play not really aggressively although both teams really need 3 points to secure their position in UCL zone. If there's any one that'll be most disappointed with the result of this match, then it must be Jose Mourinho. Champions League football ball has missed Mourinho the same manner he has missed Champions League football and finishing in a top four position at the end of the Seria A season is the surest way to keep play in the competition come next season.
Roma failed to maximize their home advantage and beat AC Milan today to club to the fourth position. At the moment, there's only 2 points difference between fourth placed Milan and fifth placed Atalanta which makes it an interesting end to the Seria A season.

Automatically Inter Milan will return to the top 4 if they are able to win the match against Lazio. I think this is quite an important match for inter milan to be able to compete competitively with other teams in the race for fourth place. I agree with you that if they lose then their chances are probably small enough to turn things around as roma and ac milan are on a stronger path to finish in the top 4.

For Lazio, they lost in the previous match, which was a pretty bad record because Torino was able to stop their winning streak. For inter milan they have a chance to win if they are able to score goals early let alone playing at their own stadium which makes them more dominant in dominating the game.

Between other teams, Lazio is quite safe in maintaining their ranking in the standings table. But things could change if they lose to inter milan which will give other teams a chance to catch up to them on points.

Inter's winning against Lazio would make things more interesting about being a member of top 4. Because in that case Inter, Milan and Roma all will have the same points while there will be six weeks left. However Inter have a really challenging job to do against Lazio despite playing in Giuseppe Meazza. Because Lazio are really something else this season. There is a huge level of development in their game and their placement is a proof for that.

Lazio couldn't manage to become this much successful in the previous season. After this progress I don't expect them to lose their presence in top 4 in the remaining games. While Inter are one of the best home teams it is the same for Lazio when it comes to away matches. But taking their previous head-to-head into account as well, I don't think Lazio would lose this match either.

Lukaku can be the game changer again though if he maintains his marvelous performance.
