There's no news of Napoli nor Victor Oshime leaving Napoli for Ac Milan.
Even if he wants to leave Ac Milan has spent enough for them to match the fee set-up by Napoli. I have only seen the new which has to do with Villarreal playmaker leaving for AC Milan. What is currently happening is that Al Hilal continues to tempt Osimhen with a large salary so that he goes to the SPL, but it will not be that easy even though their offer is above the average salary of other players, he is not an old player even developing this season with Napoli so it would be very natural for many other clubs to target his services to buy at any price.

Fake news or indeed he just made up according to his own imagination, which means, there is no definite source regarding this matter. But apart from Osimhen, I personally don't care if Osimhen stays or leaves because either way, it's clear that defending the title is a tough matter. What's more, Napoli is not a team that is always at the top of the standings every season so it will be natural if later Napoli cannot defend its Scudetto title. Also, for Napoli to be strong in second place though, basically I personally not sure because it looks like, teams like Juventus and Inter might get back to good form to make a good domination also for next season.

People shall not underestimate serie a club. Barcelona was going out from UCL due to the lose against serie a club. Ac milan can perform better compared with last season. Recently there was some news about Lukaku and his next destination he didn't say anything yet official about his next team but after all these days Lukaku finally said about his transfer to Juventus, "I don't think if this happens." this can show us that there is not much chance for Lukaku to join Juventus in the next season.

Scamacca made only a few goals from so many matches last season in EPL. I think that it's not a good decision for intermilan to sign scamacct but there was also another problem if intermilan doesn't have money to sign him.
Westham demands 40 million while intermilan is having only around 25 millions to get him. It doesn't even make sense to let scamacca leave from the club for only 25 millions.
