Scamacca made only a few goals from so many matches last season in EPL. I think that it's not a good decision for intermilan to sign scamacct but there was also another problem if intermilan doesn't have money to sign him.
Westham demands 40 million while intermilan is having only around 25 millions to get him. It doesn't even make sense to let scamacca leave from the club for only 25 millions.

I think that intermilan is gonna lose in this deal. It surprises me that how intermilan doesn't put a better target compared with scamacca. The financial problem may become the main reason.

Scamacca was way more productive in the Serie A when it comes to the number of goals he scored. The Premier League or West Ham isn't the right place for him. I wonder how good he would play if he was signed by a top English team. West Ham have been a problematic team recently so maybe that affected him negatively too.

looks like it will just be another rumor news. we all know how Scamacca performed in the previous season and in the team before WestHam and he do not have too much talent. meanwhile, Inter Milan itself needs reliable and quality players because Inter Milan goal is to compete in the Champions League seriously.
