Finally, chelsea has been responding juventus's offer for lukaku. Chelsea wants juventus to accept lukaku + 20 million to be exchanged for vlahovic and i think that is already a win win situation for chelsea and juventus. From transfermarkt.com data for AS Roma transfer in 2023 - 2024 season, they have many players returned to their club after end of loan contracts. They only have three new players so far, two players are free transfers and one player is from a loan.

They have yet paid any amount of money for transfers in this summer and with one month left, it's impossible to see Roma spends too big transfer money. Three players they have gotten so far from this summer transfer are: Ndicka, Aouar (free transfers) and Kristensen (a loan).

I think if we look at the current situation Mou if he really wants to leave it has been done long ago even last season a lot of people wanted him to leave at the start of the season but he didn't do it and stayed.

although Im not a Roma fan but I understand Mourinho intention that he only wants quality players but in reality it is difficult to transfer quality players because Roma financial condition is a bit bad. it is not possible if Mourinho has to build a stronger team with ordinary players without having quality mainstay players so Mourinho feels burdened with this choice who must be responsible for improving Roma performance to be stronger to get trophies in big competitions while the players are just players who have no talent quality.

It's not all about AS Roma currently mostly Italian clubs are facing finances problems which is due to corona and some other factors but sadly recently nothing positive happening for them which is also wired even in last season we have three Italian clubs in UEFA finals with all lost to their opponents due to poor quality there were expectations they will improve but sadly mostly due to poor finances are not able to have better changes Inter Milan and AC Milan are also teams which can do better, but both are also suffering from finances and ordinary players can't do things which are important for the better results you must have some quality players as well.

If they are not able to bring few improvements in their system then surely things can go from bad to worse because finances are currently important for bringing better quality players and having improvement into their performance.
