Coaches are not main problems that are their players who are good but not at world class level and can not adapt to more research and investigation from opponents to deal with Napoli and their players. as I have said before here, in the end Salernitana will only be a place to get points for the top teams and any team that is at the top of the standings gets an opponent like Salernitana will definitely feel happy because they will get 3 points at the end of the match except for the team the top board was too underestimated and ended in a draw.
for me, the result of 4 scores obtained by Lazio is not an interesting result for me because Salernitana is just a weak team that is having difficulty surviving in Serie A this season so it will be easy for Lazio to get additional points and maintain its current position.

Is never a luck to play against Salernitana because it has to be, Lazio was unlucky in front of goal if not the goals would have been more than 4. We still have those teams who will play against Salernitana without scoring more than 2 goals and their performance would be very poor or they can even play out a draw.

Lazio had a good result, but it was against a weak club, so that result was expected. Salernita didn't have a bad coach, but the team's quality was terrible compared to the lazio and this is my main concern considering the qualify of clubs matters a lot . Salernita must focus on how to improve the club's performance when it is relegated to serie B caused by it has no chance anymore to leave from the relegation zone. What Lazio displayed in the match against Salernitana made me remember Lazio's performance last season, which also had an extraordinary performance like this time. Lazio are just inconsistent that's why. 15 wins and 13 losses, this is really poor statistics. Beating Salernitana was too easy on paper and they didn't surprise people. In the end the season is already over for Salernitana like ı said before. However in general of the season, Lazio have defensive problems and I can't say they have good number for goals scored either. 

Only 41 goals scored while conceding 35. They are like the Manchester United of the Serie A this season.    As long as they don't fix these obvious problems this summer then I don't have much hope about them for next season. But I hope they get better as they are one of the strong teams of the league normally.

They were very ferocious against Salernitana which just became a victim of their accumulated anger over the season. Lazio had no other option than to win that match because a lot depend on that free three points and irrespective of how unserious Lazio have been this season, losing that match to a team that have already been relegated was the last thing anyone expected from them. So it was just an easy pick for any gambler that plays both in winning and on goals. Now Lazio is just a point behind Atalanta who still have two outstanding matches which when won will seal the fate of Lazio.
