I feel like some people are going really harsh on Allegri this season. Juventus couldn't make their dream come true, it is the truth. However with this squad it is really not easy to achieve a title against a this powerful Inter. Even if Inter weren't this good it looks like Milan were going to become the champions. But like I said the squad isn't strong enough now. There is still a big need of improvement for some positions. They need to improve their midfield especially as the goal contribution isn't good enough. The biggest problem of the team currently is productivity considering they scored only 47 goals so far.

Of course, because from the beginning to the middle of the season Juventus performed quite well and they were expected to become really strong and stable team to fight for the Serie A title, but in reality Inter Milan continued to win very well and top the standings.
Inter Milan performance this season has been extraordinary, they were eliminated from the UCL but they can still consistently maintain their position and have big chance of becoming champions, now they have got it.
Juventus and AC Milan really look helpless in the face of competition and attempts to surpass Inter Milan.

AC Milan like you rightly stated started the season on a a very good note which made a lot of people including myself to have the mindset that they're surely going to be a major competitor for the Italian Serie A title this season but surprisingly, they didn't live up to the expectations of their supporter. The league title have already been won so the result of their game against Juventus today wouldn't have any big impact as it's certain that they'll finish the season in the top four. For Juventus, they needed to win that game to increase their chances of finishing the season in the top four but their visitors didn't allow that to happen.
With the result of the game, today AS Roma now stands a good chance of finishing the season in the top four of the league standings if they can beat Napoli tomorrow at the Diego Armando Maradona stadium in Naples. This means one point from AC Milan can help Juventus don't lose a third position to Bologna with any point difference after this week. Maybe two clubs will have same total points if Bologna win their match but with same total points, it is still not actually bad situation for Juventus.

I don't think this AC Milan and Juventus match ended in a draw, I thought AC Milan could win the match but it turns out Juventus can compensate for AC Milan's game quite well. If Bologna can win in the next match, maybe Juventus will be overtaken, and indeed yesterday's match also gave an advantage to AC Milan where they did not give points to Juventus, so there is a possibility that Juventus can be overtaken by Bologna.

It was a tough match through out the 95 minutes and the match was making the two fans not comfortable in watching the match, Because the two teams refused to submit to lose than to make their goalpost more solid not to give chances to their strikers to score a goal that will make one team to experience defeat. I thought, AC Milan will defeat Juventus at their home to achieve victory from the match but Juventus never allow AC Milan to use their opportunity positively in their goalpost, Because they prepared well to use their home advantage to frustrate the effort of AC Milan. Inter will continue to look impressive until the end, no matter even though Inter has secured the Scudetto this season, Inter will still try to perform well with the remaining matches because there are no more matches other than Serie A that Inter can fight for, but maybe Inter is just playing to have fun. trying to win but if they lose it won't affect Inter's position at the top which is 16 points ahead of AC Milan and will likely increase by 19 points if Inter wins again against Torino today.
