Inter Milan seems to continue to have extraordinary results. Meanwhile, Bologna and Roma both failed to get full points. Bologna failed to get full points because they were held to a draw by Udinese. And I didn't expect that Roma would also be held to a draw by Napoli. It seems that overtaking Bologna in the standings will not be easy for Roma in the remainder of this season. But Roma did manage not to lose to Napoli, which is also a good result. And yes, that proves that Roma is still consistent and difficult to beat, even by the last season's champions, Napoli.

Actually they need the extra ordinary performance for them to be able to be sure of ending the season with the trophy of which they can actually achieve as they at this point have no other league to get them distracted from the serie A this season so it's not surprising they are putting all their best and are getting the kind of results they are getting already from the league this season, they had kept this record even before they had only the serie A to face


Milan for me will most definitely get to win the trophy, as we saw in the champions league when they were still in the league, rhey has their best performance and actually really did tried but weren't having luck on their side at the moment and so lost the chance at the champions league but then they have next season to try again. Roma seem to be struggling at this point of the league where we were expecting that they will be doing much better than they had been doing in the beginning of the league, they had a poor start actually but along the line they improved a whole lot that got people believing they will do much better but currently i doubt their abilities.

If bologna is very keen to their form a d position, I'm optimistic in the fact that Roma may not be able to get ahead of them in the league this season because they have been able to show much resilience and strength in the league and will be able to defend their position in the few weeks Remaining for the end of the season but Roma has still got next season to still contend again and hope for a chance.

In today's match I actually expected more from Milan because their performance is still quite better than Juventus but with what they showed in this match I think my expectations are still too far for Milan.

They were really monotonous and Juventus played home with greater enthusiasm which made Milan unable to develop their game during the 90 minutes even from the few chances they created in today's match none of which really threatened Juventus.
Goalless ended the match and to be honest I was a little demoralized because aside from my expectations of Milan being a little bigger in this match I also lost my bet even though the odds were quite good.

I think that Milan is declining in form gradually, because they lost their Europa game to Roma home and away. After that defeat which took Roma to qualify for the semifinals, Milan have not been able to maintain their performance. This is the same thing that is happening to Liverpool too.

I would ha e said that maybe Juventus are ljckj g form and that was why they were able to play Man that way, but after considering their performance in Europa against Roma till date, you will notice it that they are declining in performance.

But that should be the benchmark that they must be stronger than before and in yesterday's match they did not do that because indeed clubs like Juventus alone who this season always have problems in finishing can control the match and even play better than them.
Not that I want to say Juventus are weak in this case but the fact that Milan this season is better than Juventus is a fact that cannot be avoided but in yesterday's match what happened was the opposite.

Although indeed this is still a good result because Milan still remains comfortable in its position but in this case their style of play really does not show that they are a big club which makes this matter must be corrected more quickly by Milan .

The benchmark for Juventus has been set when they were excluded from all UEFA competitions and were forced to show their best... But they didn't...

I thought that they would try everything to recover from the bad news and maybe win Serie A, or at least set a sign to show that they are back. But my feeling is that they failed.

The battle for fourth place in the standings will remain fierce until the end of the season, but in my opinion Bologna is the club with the most potential to finish in the Champions League zone at the end of the season. Roma is currently 4 points adrift of Bologna, indeed the point difference could be reduced again if Bologna loses the remaining matches, but on condition that Roma itself must be able to consistently achieve full points. In fact, Bologna future opponents are Torino, Napoli, Juventus and finally Genoa, and on paper Bologna performance is slightly better than these 4 clubs, so Roma's chances of breaking into the top four of the standings are quite low.

With Atalanta recovering and trying to be consistent, Roma should be more alert to the threats they pose in the future. I also think that Bologna underestimated Udinese too much in the first half so they made a lot of mistakes and the Bologna players received a red card when they were 1 goal behind, fortunately Bologna still managed to equalize even though they had lost 1 point and indeed the overall strength Bologna is much stronger than Udinese but they made many mistakes of their own so they were unable to win at home against a weaker team.
However, for Bologna, Roma also got a draw in the other match, so the point gap between the two has not changed and Bologna is still safe enough to still be able to finish in the top 4.

That is quite bad for Sassuolo because from season to season they are getting worse and the peak is this season where it is only a matter of time before they are finally confirmed to be relegated along with Salernitana and another team is still uncertain because several teams have a small difference in points. If Sassuolo can immediately improve their team, maybe they will only be in Serie B for one season, but returning to Serie A is not easy for any team.
Fiorentina's four goals against Sassuolo in just 12 minutes so it was like a disaster for Sassuolo even though they could score goals but couldn't prevent Sassuolo from a crushing defeat, judging from the statistics this was a one-sided match where Fiorentina had complete control of the match, and Sassoulo is so far the second team with the most goals conceded after Salernitana.

Atlanta currently has a more busy schedule than Rome and Bologna, so I think Atlanta should still be able to focus on getting Champions League tickets next season, Coppa Italia and also Europa League this season, two competitions for trophies are still going on and Atlanta should be able to maintain the performance and stamina of their players well to be able to get both trophies,  I think this season has been the best season for Atlanta because surprise by reaching the Coppa Italia final and also the semi-finals of the Europa League.

Even though they had locked the Scudetto the previous week, Inter were still trying to continue to secure full points, at least to increase the number of points they had. Regarding Roma chances of finishing in the top four of the standings, Roma is currently having difficulty trying to achieve this, the draw against Napoli has hindered their future progress. Bologna is still quite consistent, they have a 4 point difference from Roma, and it is very likely that Bologna will succeed in securing a ticket to the Champions League next season. But on their way to closing the season, Bologna steps were more difficult than Roma.

On the other hand, Napoli fate this season has been quite unlucky, where they have never been able to consistently improve their performance. Napoli must try not to fall out of the top 10 in the standings, and currently their chances of finishing in the European zone seem very slim. After Juventus played out a goalless draw against AC Milan in Saturday, I was expecting fourth placed Bologna and fifth placed Roma to actually capitalize on the result to close their points difference behind Juventus but none of them were able to get a win against their opponents yesterday. For Roma, I think their own result against last season winners of the league Napoli was a bit fair considering the fact that Napoli is a very strong squad but for a team like Bologna that was playing at home, I expected them to easily get all three points against Udinese but they failed to do that. I think it's becoming clearer than Juventus are very likely to finish the season in the top four of the Italian Serie A but what I don't think is achievable at the moment is for Roma to finish the season in the top four. Bologna's result would've had more effects on them if Roma had won at Napoli but since that didn't happen, Bologna I think can still hang on to remain in the top four

Juventus are so close to be left behind by Bologna in the standings as well. After a terrible finishing against Milan I was expecting for that to happen actually but Bologna wasted the chance. Of course top 5 teams are going to qualify for the Champions League anyway but this still doesn't change the fact that Juventus haven't had a good season. 

Napoli also got away more from top 7 by getting a 2-2 draw against Roma. The gap is 5 points and Fiorentina are also between. I don't feel like Napoli will manage to qualify for a tournament from now on. Their recent form is horrible and there is no hope with this poor level performance.

On the other hand, Napoli fate this season has been quite unlucky, where they have never been able to consistently improve their performance. Napoli must try not to fall out of the top 10 in the standings, and currently their chances of finishing in the European zone seem very slim. This season there is nothing to say about Napoli, they have to find a suitable coach next season to become a Scudetto challenging team again.

Napoli, since their coach Spalletti left, has not been good this season, which is why it is important for Napoli to find the best coach next season because they have faced many failures this season, playing inconsistently and it seems that this season alone they have often changed coaches but have had no impact. whatever this season so that it doesn't put Napoli in a good position and is even only in the top 10 of the standings and also doesn't help them finish in the top four.

I actually saw that draw coming because it's not easy to defeat a team like Roma by that number of goals and not get fatigued after it. They were even lucky to secure a point because in the game, Udinese seemed desperate to salvage something of the game for the team and this is understandable that they came all out with guns blazing since they are relegation bound and they would be hoping to at least win or draw their remaining games to at least escape the drop zone.

Atalanta has been a force to reckon with in the Serie A but for some time have been off and on. I'd say they regained their winning streak after embarrassing Liverpool and if you observed they have been on a joyride ever since that encounter. I didn't see Empoli to be much of a problem to a team gunning for a slot at the champions league and I'd be careful if I were Bologna since any slip can cause them their coveted spot by either Roma or Atalanta but I won't worry my head over Roma since the clubs seems a bit like they are struggling at the moment.

I think Atalanta has a very good chance of taking AS Roma's position.
