Yes, I fully agree with you that Osimhen is a talented player, but I don't think management treated him unfairly. The truth is that Napoli was not in good form this season, and that is why we did not see Osimhen work much. I only remember Pochettino who is available after getting sacked by Chelsea recently. He hasn't managed an Italian team in his career yet but there is always an opportunity to try a new adventure.    If Mourinho didn't sign a deal with Fenerbahçe then maybe there might have been a chance for him to return to Italy. I think, they want to search for potential coach that is why they don't want to be in hurry to announce the new coach to public yet, But if you look at AC Milan performance in this season, i don't think their performance is poor for their management to thought of removing him in this season.
