Conte will so have to decide what to do. Is he going for the gold straight away or is he going to be cautious? We'll see. One thing is certain though: it will be interesting. I wouldnt gamble against Napoli either with a coach like Conte.

AC Milan will play with a new coach, Paulo Fonseca, after they officially parted ways with Stefano Pioli after leading AC Milan to finish in second place in Serie A this season. This is actually a bit surprising, because Ac Milan are also playing well this season, despite their failure to become champions, but overall their game is quite good and could be in the runner up position at the end of the season.
However, it seems that AC Milan is not satisfied with this, so they decided to part ways and appoint Paulo Fonseca as their new coach. I hope that under Paulo Fonseca's coaching AC Milan can be even better, especially in the race for the Scudetto title.
They are one of the big teams in Serie A, but the same problem happened to them so they experienced a decline and now they are starting to show that they are ready to get up and compete again for the Scudetto title.

AC Milan made a change of coach this season after they have been under the coaching of Pioli so far, Pioli has actually managed to bring Milan so far quite good and continues to be able to compete in the Scudetto race, but unfortunately the owners of Milan seem to be not satisfied with Pioli performance so they fired him and replaced Pioli with Fonseca, I don't know what is in Milan mind but I don't think the change of coach will have the effect It means for Milan if they do not improve the quality of the current squad, if we pay attention to the profile and experience of the two coaches, of course we can see if Fonseca is not better than Pioli.

A team that's doing well and later have a reason to change their coach, do have difficulty coping with the new coach and still delivering the same kind of results they have been delivering all along, so with a team that's not even doing well, it's sure going to be tough than it has been with other teams who are doing well before their change of Coach, Antonio conte is an experienced coach so in his case it may be different, he may not really have to stress so much to be able to get the team back to a better shape if only they provide hime with all that he will be needing to be able to get the team in their best form or get them to performing much better than they have been doing before he was give the chance the head the team.

If conte demands funds to help him get signings that will eventually help him get the team to performing better than they have been all along I believe that they are going  grant his request because they know it's for the betterment of the team of which if they should do any less, he may not be productive enough to giving the team the kind of of results they wish to get from the team,  conte may not get to the point where he will be kicked out same way ancelotti was but the kicking out of ancelotti for me I feel is even to their loss because where he is now he's doing much better than he did while he was still with them of which they could have been the team to enjoy this privilege.
