What makes you doubt, AC Milan performed optimally last season even though previously they had experienced decline after being able to win the Scudetto in the 2021/22 season and of course the increase in AC Milan performance last season was very significant.

If Alvaro Morata officially joins Milan, there is no doubt about the future of the team. Despite losing Giroud, Morata became one of the most accurate replacements with a reliability that surpassed Giroud.

I think if PSG are serious about bringing in Osimhen then their offer can also be increased further. And yes, Napoli can reduce it a little so that a mutually beneficial agreement can be reached.
