Napoli are making things very hard for this young player and I don’t know why they can’t come to a conclusion to just let him go without making him feel unwanted and still not allowing him to go and join other team. PSG will be the only club that will come with a big offer, they should consider it and allow him to join them soon instead of keeping him and not using him much for the next season. His last season was not that good, so he needs all the playing time he can get in order to get back to his form this season because how far he can go in his career depends on how he perform this coming season.

Napoli knows that he didn’t do well last season, they should at least consider reducing his release clause so that other teams interested in him can have him earlier before the transfer window closes. Napoli is a good striker and I still he has potential in him to make PSG forefront good in scoring goals. Napoli is actually ready to lose Victor Oshimen if there is a club that is willing to accept the price set by Napoli. As we know, Napoli prices Oshimen quite high because this player is very valuable to Napoli and he also has the highest salary among the others. Napoli seems reluctant to cut him. The price of the player is that if no one buys him then Napoli won't lose, they will still use him for next season so they don't need to look for a new striker to replace this player.
Even though, if PSG signs this player, Napoli will buy Lukaku from Chelsea to replace Oshimen, but I feel that if this is just a drama about players and clubs, I'm also quite bored of discussing it many times.

Well, not that the team wants to lose him but they have nothing to do about it, Osimhen made it clear he wants to leave and also the new manager Antonio Conte also made it known that Lukaku is who he wants to work with and he doesn’t want the services of Osimhen but then again Napoli doesn’t seem to want to sell him anything less than his release clause, Osimhen is quite good teams don’t want to take the risk of spending big on someone who doesn’t have much age with him. It is really getting boring, they need to be serious and finalize this deal with PSG or Chelsea. I think a swap deal between Chelsea would be the best for them since they need Lukaku and Chelsea also show an interest in Osimhen and they will still be paid and additional fee on top of that. I believe it will all end when transfer window is getting to an end.
