It was a big mistake to sack Julian Nagelsmann because everyone wondered what the difference between Nagelsmann and Tuchel is. Their approach is similar and they are also similar in their character and their ways to handle players, their problems and their weaknesses. Tuchel didn't do anything wrong. As you said, even though Sadia Mane is not certain to leave Bayer Munchen, in my opinion, he should leave because the burden of responsibility is quite heavy, so it's no wonder last season he couldn't perform optimally. Reading the statements of many Bayern officials after the sacking of Kahn that it apparentely was the case that Kahn was disliked by most of the FC Bayern employees on the Säbener Straße and that Kahn's advisors also were disliked heavily there.
