I think it is asked way to much from any team in the world to expect them to definitely win the Champions League. Manchester City was probably the best football team in the world in the last 3 years or so and still they only managed to win the Champions League once in the last season and even then it was very close against Inter in the final. To really win this trophy you don't only need to be the best team, you also need the right timing and also some luck of course.
I am also very interested to see the "new" Bayern Munich in the next season under Tuchel. So far they have not made any big transfer this summer (though Min-Jae Kim will probably come) so they still have a lot of work to do in order to give Tuchel a proper squad for the next season.

Actually, I find it difficult to say what the best club is, whether it's those who can win a lot of trophies in one season, or those who can win the Champions League, or those who are consistent every season or something else. Because in my opinion we all must have our own assessment of which club is the best version of us. Dortmund shouldn't miss the opportunity of bringing back Jadon Sancho. Because they can obviously sign him for a much less amount they sold him to Manchester United. After that I think Sancho will start performing much better at his old team to increase his value again. This would surely attract the attention of big teams again.

I don't think United are open to selling Jadon Sancho and since they are not trying to get rid of him, I don't think they will accept any offers lower than the amount for which they bought Sancho for. Remember the time they wasted on negotiating for Sancho and the amount they have invested in him, so it won't be easy for Dortmund if they want to go for Sancho's return.
It feels bad to see Sancho struggling there but United are a squad with all players at a very good level and to get playing chances you have to emerge as a better and reliable option before the manager. The biggest mistake was not the selling of Lewandowski for Bayern Munich in fact. It was their not making any effort to fill his place in the same transfer window. I wonder whose call this was because it was nonsense. Lewandowski has been one of the players who made a big effect on Bayern Munich's dominance for years. His goal contribution was really insane. You just can't expect Choupo-Moting or Mane to show the same performance by playing in that position. It doesn't make sense considering these players.

Mane should have played on only his wing and Choupo-Moting should have stayed as a rotation player. Because of not making the needed signing they struggled even more in many matches this season.

What a sad journey for Mane to end up this way but I must say that Mane doesn't deserve what Bayern is doing to Mane, if they are looking for a scapegoat to use to acquire Kane, I believe there are more players to sell than mighty Mane but I think his past behavior that happened between him and Sane is still in play otherwise why are you going to buy a player worth $43M and then woke up one night and decide to have him sold for $17M just to raise funds to bring Kane at all cost, they shouldn't forget the fact that some players do well in an environment but changed and get worse when they resume the same position in another environment, I will be among people that will laugh them, seems they forgot how lucky they finished the Bundesliga with a point.

As far as I know Bayern wouldn't mind if Mané decides to leave he club, but they want to try to sell him for a price similar to what they have bought him for. But after that season I doubt that any club is interested in paying that much. But Manè also won't be interested in sitting on the bench most of the time and he will try to change something about his current status, which is definitely not a safe position in the team. But what top club would want him now? And would he be willing to sign a contract with a weaker team? That is why I disagree here that he will not consider going to Saudi Arabia. If the incentive is there, Mané could be the next one to go there.

If that is the case then I think they will let Sadio Mane stay for the team to clear his performance for the next season I really think he will not cost convenient to the team as he is on the assessment of if he has a bright future, to begin with, I think Thomas Tuchel will give Sadio Mane a proper role and on the position that he likes and what he does best, and not to shove to him a position he would likely don't have any idea off for me a good showcase for Sadio Mane to properly execute a good play, for the team , 

Ok but if we assume that Tuchel will give a proper role to Sadio Mané, can you also tell what that proper role is? Manè is low in speed and he isn't an efficient scorer. Which player would be sitting on the bench for him? You can't take Kingsley Coman out of the game and bring Mané on. He also isn't a classic striker as they are now trying to get Harry Kane. Which position would Mané even play? I don't see a bright future for him in Bayern and if a good offer is made I think Bayern will try to get rid of him.
