The Кompany needs to assess the players' form, and which of them is better prepared for the new season, for this we need friendly matches, where the players will have to engage in physical confrontations, there is no way around it.

Every friendly game has a lets say a 50 % chance that players maybe getting injured , specially before the season starts where everybody wants show his playing to the coach.
Saddly that in case for Manchester United already 4 players are effected , but other teams from different leagues have facing the same problem , the one less the other more.

I think it's clear that we are going to be seeing Leverkusen have a short sting, while Bayern will keep being great.

I will be not to sure that Leverkusen have only a short sting and that Bayern Munich will be great.
Maybe we will see some other Team will step up the coming season or Leverkusen making nearly the same as last season.
Even Munich will be one of the favorites its not as it was the last 4 years.

This match will be very interesting, both popular clubs will face each other to show how their young players perform.
Everyone will be looking forward to this match and hope that Harry Kane will also appear against Tottenham but I don't think Vincent Kompany will take a reckless way out that could injure a main player.
So most likely Bayern Munich will only appear with young players as before and I just want to guess if Bayern Munich has to accept defeat because Tottenham will win the match.
I don't mean to say Bayern Munich is weak but believe me this is just a pre-season match that always gives surprises.

After many cases in pre-season matches, of course coaches are reluctant to put their key players in matches like this because somehow their opponents sometimes do not take it easy but instead become serious to get the win. In fact, if all players are more open-minded and do not need to make hard fouls, then this can be avoided and here maybe the concerns of both parties are also difficult to understand.

It is better to rely on young players and only include a few of their main players to avoid a more intense match. I think both Spurs and Bayern Munich certainly know the risks involved and we can only hope that everything goes well until the referee's long whistle and everything goes without any problems. Harry Kane might want to play against his former team but he must put that aside first considering he has a realistic target to win his first title with Bayern Munich.

So far Tottenham have managed to achieve positive results in every friendly match they have played, while Munich actually experienced a little difficulty in the last friendly match they played so far, the match against Tottenham will be played on a home away system which means they will play two matches as a team away and home on 3 and 10 August, for the kompany the match against Tottenham will be very meaningful because they will face the first big team in the kompany coaching in Munich, so I think maybe the kompany will not try to field the majority of young players in that match, because I saw that in several friendly matches played by Tottenham, Tottenham often played more of their main players than young players, so facing Tottenham should be an opportunity for Kompany to prove that he is worthy of coaching Munich even though he continues to be doubted.
