Another crazy Bundesliga round with many surprising results - I think almost nobody won, except the bookies, they always win though. Bayern, Leipzig drawing, Werder drawing, Dortmund with a narrow 1-0 win... Lets see how tommorows games will go

Lol, the bundesliga went crazy yesterday, it would be difficult for anyone to win against the bookies yesterday, though that's how it is every weekend.
The German league is getting weirder every season, and tougher I must add, I just hope Bayern Munich don't win it this season.

I don't know how possible that is, but I'm tired of seeing Bayern with the title at the end of every season, I love competition in league football, it makes the league beautiful to watch.

Its very uninteresting to watch the bundesliga these days as bayern is the only team winning consistently and all the other teams are always catching up. I think yesterday was an anomaly as bayern didn't win but i don't think it will happen too often. I still expect bayern to win the title again this season. There is only Dortmund that can challenge but right now even they are not as strong as a squad should be.

I am not sure if you are indeed speaking about the current campaign which saw Bayern Munich struggeling big time in the most recent matches.

matchday 8: Augsburg - Bayern 2:2
matchday 7: Bayern - Hoffenheim 1:2
matchday 6: Paderborn* - Bayern 2:3 (*just promoted, bottom of the table, not a super covincing victory)

That alone resulting in 10 goals conceeded (without Neuer being injured) in 8 matches (worst record since Klinsmann-era in 2008 or so) and adding center-back Süle got a heavy knee injury yesterday and coach Kovac is not just furious but under pressure now, too, is -at least to me- resulting in one of the most interesting Bundesliga-campaigns of the last 7 years.

Seriously you can put the whole weekend game playing into the trash can !
With the todays matches i got only 3 bets right for the whole weekend .
For Köln my bet was right but the most was wrong .
Its not anymore funny to bet on the german league , damn !
Hope the next weekend gets better for my bets.

Schalke 04 was outplayed by Hoffeinheim and missed a great opportunity to go to the top of the Bundesliga earlier today. With just a single shot on target in the entirety of the game, it's not surprising that they lost the game.Hoffenheim had three shots on target and managed to score two from them so there wasn't really a lot of created chances in that game.

I was expecting that Schalke would be do it and win in Hoffenheim and i was bet on them.
Looks like that Schalke is realy in an deep whole when you look at the past and few years they was better.
Dont know what happend to them and why they struggle.

Bayern has the most times a lot of luck in the CL and if they keep going the playing they do right now in the german league i guess they will get at Kovac at some stage.
That was in the past with all coaches they got , if they play bad for longer the coach get the punishment and if that not helps he has to go away.

It is true, Bayern Munich are very lucky in the champions league because of a group with a team that is not so powerful. So Bayern Munich still can focus on the domestic league, even though Augsburg is fortunate this week with a last-minute goal that drew in a draw.

Bundesliga is really interesting imo. Only 1-2 points separating between the top 8 or so.

It's on week 8 but the competition is still strong, I hope this will continue until the end of the season.

A powerful team is not enough to win something. Being overconfidence always cost something too.

I think that many people lost a lot of money because of Bayern and Leipzig not being able to win their games on Saturday with me being one of them that lost my ticket because of Leipzig.I think that 2 or three years ago Bayern had the same result with Augsburg and that is why I didn’t play it this time but I lost anyway.

A disappointing day for me as all my bets lost as Hoffenheim continued they form and confidence and scored two goals in the second half and a disappointed performance from Schalke as they managed only one shot on target.

Cologne was attacking and was able to shoot 6 shots on the target and three went in and Paderborn had no idea how to defend with the strategy and the third goal by the defender Sebastiaan Bornauw was unexpected .

My bet won because Dortmund vs Monchengladbach 1-0 thanks to Marco Reus's goal in minute 58, Dortmund was able to beat Monchengladbach who is currently the first position in the German league, the points are now 1 difference and I'm sure Dortmund will be able to win again next week.

Reporting from Football Espana, Bayern Munchen eyeing Barcelona defender Samuel Umtiti. Bayern Munich makes Samual Umtiti the main prey in the winter transfer window, next January. That means this will be Bayern Munich's main target to replace Sule because of an injury.

@inthelongrun this is one of the most exciting season I have seen in recent years where Bayern is not on the top, and there’s a slim chance some other team may win the title. Bayern would be foolish to let Lewandowski go as he’s their top goal scorer, and they will suffer the same downfall Real Madrid experienced when they allowed Ronaldo to leave. It’s also pertinent to note that Real Madrid are interested in buying him in January, if this deal happens then Real Madrid will sign a proven player who’ll score many goals for them.

Lol. Real Madrid seem to be totally lost and confused. The have not even fully played their recent signings Rodrygo and Jovic and now they have eyes on Lewandowski? What the hell is happening at Bernabeu?  

But honestly, long term, i think Bayern is winning it again. Their squad has lots of muscle to pull through the whole season.

Their closest competitor doesn't have the same money power to build their squad, so yeah, it's tough to stop them.

If Lewandowski's performance started to drop, then their competitors might have the chance to beat them. That being said, Gladbach is doing good enough so far, I'd give them applause if they can maintain their forms for the rest of the season and win the league.
