I think it is another good chance for Mainz to get a win. Schalke have been so terrible that they were literally demolished in the last two games. I don't expect them to be very focused on this game. Mainz have a nice form recently and I think they will manage to defeat Schalke away.

They are pretty much in bad shape and if Schalke will not do any better it is goodbye for their coach because of their performance, Dimitrios Grammozis would likely to be Schalke head coach, I don't know if the problem would be on their Coach or in directly on their players.

Schalke just got his 5th manager since the beggining of the current season... they are currently lost but i wouldnt be shocked if they got a draw or maybe even a win in this match,while mainz need the win badly to stay in the league.

They should make it a draw for some team to move forward but the best way for they to advance aswell is to win which is very difficult for Schalke right now, there are many formidable teams right now that Schalke can not compete with, I think the Manager or the Head Coach can not make a difference if the team's mindset would not change with their training regime.

We are gonna have a Der Klassiker rivalry in Allianz Arena in two days. Bayern got a very solid win vs Köln home with a 5-1 score after losing 5 points in 2 matches. They will be wanting to win this huge game without doubt. Dortmund got huge wins in their last 2 league games but the competitors weren't much challenging. Bayern defeated Dortmund in the league once this season and I wonder whether they will manage to do it again. I think each team will score at least one goal.

Leipzig had a better performance in the game but if Wolfsburg scored the penalty, things could be different maybe. I think the champion could be Leipzig. Because I didn't like Dortmund's performance against Gladbach. They were not very good. But Leipzig managed to defeat their hard opponent Wolfsburg with a quite nice performance. I think they are closer to winning the cup.

I think Werder Bremen will eliminate Regensburg and advance to the semi finals. If we don't see an early final, I think Leipzig and Dortmund will both eliminate their competitors in the semi finals and the final game will be between them. And I expect Dortmund to win the cup as they are not good in the Bundesliga and they could want to win the DFB Pokal at least.

I give no chance for Schalke to wake up in the remaining games of the league.    They are in a very poor condition now and it looks like there is no way out for them with their bad performance. The results they got in the last 2 games could cause them have even worse morale for the next matches.

I give no chance for Schalke to wake up in the remaining games of the league.    They are in a very poor condition now and it looks like there is no way out for them with their bad performance. The results they got in the last 2 games could cause them have even worse morale for the next matches.

The loss against Stuttgart was a very bad experience for Schalke because they had to fight hard for every second. Schalke showed some solid performances, they even had 51% ball possession, but without being able to pull off the win, they lost the match. The game against Dortmund was no exception.

Mainz can manage to defeat Schalke in this match considering their form recently. Getting wins against teams like Union Berlin and Gladbach is not easy for sure. I believe those wins boosted their morale despite losing their last game against Augsburg. It is also a chance for Schalke to gather strength but they got huge defeats in their last 2 matches despite playing not too bad.

Well I think your right we can not blame the coach and the team for having a hard time as we all know that we are still in a pandemic, the situation can be sometimes tough but I think it is just one of their problems and changing the coach will not be an unlikely solution.

Mainz can manage to defeat Schalke in this match considering their form recently. Getting wins against teams like Union Berlin and Gladbach is not easy for sure. I also predict Mainz will win the match against Schalke, not only Mainz's performance is much better than Schalke. The chance for Mainz to leave
the relegation area is still wide open, so Mainz will ensure his victory to get out of the relegation area. Therefore Mainz will play more attacking
in order to get 3 points, especially if Hertha and Bielefeld lose points in the next match. Of course it will make Mainz out of the relegation area,
but will not be easy to realize.

The problem is, once you have been relegatad it is more difficult to come back. Take a look at Hamburger SV. They relegated three or four years ago. And they are one of the top teams in the 2. Bundesliga. Most of the time they were at the first, second or thtird place. But not till the end.

Schalke should say, they are already planning for the 2. Bundesliga and that that is okay. That would make the head free for all players and the coach. And that would give them a boost for good playing...

Round 24 is gonna start with the Schalke-Mainz game tonight. Schalke are in a much worse condition than Mainz now. Mainz have much more chance to be able to stay in the Bundesliga this season. Before in this season, Schalke hardly managed to get a draw against them. Mainz seem as the favorite team according to their 2.17 odd. But I think both teams have a hard job here and I expect another draw in this match.

I really dont expect a diffrent better playing style from Schalke since what happend the last weekend with Managment and the Coach.
Its already to late for them and this should have be happend very earlier in the season what they have done .
Im for sure with you and Mainz , my exactly bet is a 2 : 1 for Mainz , maybe the League will be teaching us again better but hopefully not.
