Dortmund are a good team in the Bundesliga, but they are not much better than Bayern Munich. They are still struggling to match the game from Bayern Munich. Now that they are 8 points adrift of Bayern Munich at the top, I see the race for the title has ended a bit here. If you expect Bayern Munich to slip, I think that's a very difficult thing to happen.

The 8-point gap is not that big, we still have a lot of games ahead of us. Bayern will play Leverkusen this week, they may lose points. In this case, the difference can be reduced to 5 points.
I also think Bayern will be champions this year, but Dortmund can catch up, it's not impossible

After the Bayern Munich - Bayer Leverkusen game, I think the second most competitive game this week is Leipzig - Freiburg. These are very close to each other in the standings currently. They have the same amount of points actually and Leipzig are at the 4th place in the standings being one place above them. Leipzig are my absolute favourite here and they can win this game one way or another. And it might not be that easy too as Freiburg are not even close to a team to be underestimated. Both teams can score I think but the winner would be Leipzig.

I just read the news that Mainz 05 has 19 confirmed covid cases amongst players and coaches. I could not find an exact numbers about how many of those 19 people are players but the news reported that maybe even the match against Dortmund in the Bundesliga that is scheduled for sunday can not happen, because a club needs to have 16 players that are ready for that match and with such a high number of covid cases it is very much possible that Mainz does not have that many fit players available on sunday.
I would guess that Dortmund is really hoping at the moment that the match will still take place because then Mainz would have to play with a B-squad which would basically mean a free win for Dortmund.

Maybe Mainz are facing a covid-19 threat now but Dortmund also have many players missing too. Especially Erling Haaland is a big loss now. But in any case, Dortmund should absolutely be able to be victorious at the end of this game. Mainz are really good at home games but this can't be an excuse for Dortmund side. They have much better players and a bigger strength than Mainz. I expect Dortmund to win this game without having serious problems. And they must do this to prevent the point gap with Bayern Munich from growing bigger.

In the todays evening game between Arminia Bielefeld against Augsburg it will be a huge step forward to stay in the League who will win this.
I guess that maybe Augsburg can make it today even when Bielefeld will be playing at home.
It will be a risk on my bet to place it for a win for them but i will make it in hope that my friday prediction isnt wrong again.

Arminia Bielefeld is very strong at home, they are yet to lose in the last five matches played at home to them. However Augsburg are also in high mentality after last week they drew against Borussia Dortmund. I see the second team has almost the same strength. I predict this match will end in a draw. I have to says this match results will be unpredictable but they have same missions to stay at Bundesliga next season and the statistics from home team Bielefeld currently as the team with the most draw in bundesliga and also as the team that has scored the fewest goals this season along with Greuther makes possibility this match will ended with draw results because they will playing defensively seems your pick for draw is good idea

Actually, the count of coronavirus infected people is 19. 13 of them are players. Absolutely have no idea why or how this happened.
Probably because of some stupid neglecting the safety rules. Hope proper caution will be taken.

Dormund performance are unstable. I remember that their points gap between Bayern Munich was 6, but is currently 8. I don't see them catching up with Bayern on the standings. Is going to be another normal season for Bayern. Because, certainly they will win the Bundesliga title.
While, Leverkusen is one of the in form team in Bundesliga. Although, is obvious that winning Bayern in an away match will be tough for Leverkusen, but they can probably get a draw point, if they build a solid defence in the game.

It's funny how players will neglect covid rules keeping their own lives and that of their fans at high risk. We have had series of this postponed matches and it's causing a huge delay in the season.

Going by the infected number 13 players  been players alone it shows a high level of negligence on the part of this players they should also understand the don't just represent the pitch alone most fans will love to have body contact with them and by so doing they too can get infected.
