It was quite a disappointing week for the more prominent teams in the German League. I'm surprised that Bayern Munich drew with VfB. I really expected that they would win that game. I think among all the teams that played badly this week, Bayern Munich has been hurt the most as they could have been the league leaders by now if they had won the game. They are currently in third place in the league and are behind by 2 points from the league leaders.

Currently, both Bayern Munich and Dortmund have the same amount of points so the German League will be quite interesting in the next few weeks. Freiburg so far has shown a good amount of passion in their games and it's reflected in the points table as they are currently second in the league.

It would be nice if we would get another champion than Bayern Munich. Of course they are the absolute favourites, but we have already seen some unscathed at Bayern. I think they are going to miss Lewandovsky anyway, in some matches where it is a long draw, he always managed to score somewhere. Muller is a good striker, but not comparable to Lewandowsky. We will also keep a close eye on Dortmund. RB Leipzig is off to a dramatic start and may forget to compete for the top 3 places for a while. De Ligt is making a bad debut this season for Bayern.
