Half time Union lost to Bochum 1-0. To my surprise, Bochum was able to cause trouble to Berlin. Even they were able to make three kicks on goal.  If they played anyway like this, it could be that Bochum would win today. A win would certainly see Bochum move away from the Relegation zone. But for Union Berlin, they will lose points and that benefits Munich.  ...

No goal has been made by union. This must be another surprise just like liverpool did. A bit surprised that as a team that being so underrated and bochum able to win the match. If union will be lose and then the gap with bayern is very small. There will be only 1 point gap between bayern and union. the chance for bayern to be on the first place will be so easy. Bayern is starting to be a consistent in any match. it seems like that union faces another hard situation with its performance. It's likely that bochum will be winning the match against union berlin.

Bayern Munich have started to play like in the past seasons finally after many weeks passed in the season. Doing this without a natural striker is a great job. I know that they have Choupo-Moting but I meant a striker like Lewandowski. I wonder if they will sign someone in January as well.

Bayern Munich has been performing well. They are winning games by a wide margin. They are improving the team day by day. When Lewandowski was at Bayern Munich, their team was much stronger. But after Lewandowski left the team, the team had some adverse effects. Although Bayern Munich have added Sadio Mane to the team, he will need some time to adapt to the team.

I have to say it was an easy win for Bayern, and that is exactly what they needed. This isn't some sort of small time stuff where it is not going to matter to anyone, because if Bayern is winning this many games in a row again and doing fine in the league, that means they are actually the title contenders once again and everyone else is screwed.

Hoffenheim were unable to match the game played by Julian Nagelsmann's men and it was true that it was a deserved win for Bayern Munich. 2 goals in the first half from Bayern Munich could not be equalized by the hosts Hoffenheim, because they were difficult to develop the game. Although managed to hold Bayern Munich in the second half, but that alone was not enough to earn them points.

And finally, parity is approaching Bundesliga. Saw Freiburg drop at last week's hurdle, and today Union Berlin's turn. Still 1 point above the defending champions but I guess we'll be seeing Bayern right back up sitting above everyone before World Cup begins... right?

Hoping both Freiburg and Union do themselves justice in Europa this Thursday though as I got them both on last legs of an acca with all other legs already booked!

This is definitely kind of a setback for Union Berlin. This might be more than just the lost three points. Full pressure from Bayern Munich again and beyond that several other clubs. The five teams behind Union Berlin won their game this weekend, which makes them a massive loser of this gameday. Those three points hurt a lot and honestly I am a bit sad about it. It's always fun to see Bayern hunt another team in front of them, but the difference is that Bayern often is able to change gears while other teams become unstable.

Dortmund's win was a must or otherwise they could have dropped to rank 9. That might have been close to Terzic being sacked soon. Now they should use their momentum, but as we all know, it is Borussia Dortmund...

The first half has ended in the TSG Hoffenheim Vs Bayern Munich match, as expected, Bayern Munich will go through this match easily. They were already leading 0 - 2 of Hoffenheim in the first half. Maybe we will see 1 or 2 more goals from them in the second half. But no one knows, who knows they will concede 2 goals in the second half. just like their game against Borussia Dortmund a few weeks ago, LOL.  In another match, Borussia Dortmund has also been ahead of Stuttgart with a score of 3 - 0. The victory is definitely on their side, there will be no comeback here.

In Bayern Munich's match with TSG Hoffenheim, Bayern Munich dominated the game and had very good ball possession and finally managed to get them to win against Hoffenheim, at least Bayern Munich has got the strength to get another win and this should be the main point in the recovery process from frequent defeats.

I have to say that this was a great match by Bayern as they had good control of the midfield. The thing is that I don't think any other teams match the quality of Bayern Munich other than Dortmund and surprisingly Union Berlin, I actually feel good to see Jamal Musiala score in the first half of the game. I really think that this guy is going to be a great entertaining footballer as he has really good potential and he is delivering whenever he is played in the first team. Also, a big win for Dortmund as they win 5-0 vs Stuttgart.

BTW, I'm disappointed with Union Berlin, they lost to Bochum, even though Bochum is a very weak team at the moment. I don't know what happened to Union Berlin, but with Bayern winning and Union Berlin losing, this makes Union and Bayern very close, only 1 point apart.

If he stays fit, he will definitely be in the German squad for the next World Cup. 100% sure.

In the current season, he already has three goals and six assists. Given Bayern's mixed season, that's a very good performance in my opinion.

Thomas Müller is not someone who can showboat too much while playing. But he is certainly someone who can play really well concentrating on the basics.
He is not someone who is going to score in every match. But he is someone who can be a reliable player on the field at any given time of the match.
The importance of his presence on the field will not depend on whether he scores or not.

I also think that this is a very well-deserved reward for what Thomas Muller has done so far. Congratulations to Thomas Muller.

I am also really very disappointed with the performance of Union Berlin. They were the hope. A lot of people believed that they could have been the answer to- "how does any other team win the Bundesliga title except for Bayern Munich?"

But it feels like that might not happen. Especially because Bayern Munich seems like they are back in form. They are not losing and not even having bad results currently. But on the other hand Union Berlin lost to a team that is in the relegation zone right now. You cannot think about winning the Bundesliga title if you drop points like these.

I don't think so.
Indeed, for Union Berlin to lose is only a matter of time, but losing to Bochum, which incidentally is a club that has always been the butt of other clubs, is clearly beyond expectations.
I am personally surprised by this result.
Union's performance was very different from usual and Bochum really took advantage of the counter-attack well in this match.

I don't really understand why you always associate Bayern with Ronaldo even though we also know that the officials there don't really agree with Ronaldo and this is indeed a problem that is difficult to solve.
At the moment Bayern's focus is still on Kane but it may change at any time but this will happen when Kane is already difficult to bring and Ronaldo may be an option although I'm not too sure about that.

The second win from the same Bochum was unexpected as they also beat Frankfurt before.
Talking about losing bets I also feel the same way in this match
It's hard to see a surprise like this but this is football and things that don't want to happen like this happen at times.
Union played really badly in this match even if we look at Bochum for 90 minutes it can compensate or even beat.

Bochum 2-1 Union I had to check it twice to be sure that I read it correctly!
I am thinking about a meme where the football supporter is putting his hands in his waist with "Dortmund" in front of him (Dortmund lost vs Union early for those that didn't get it)!
So Bayern is now 1 point behind Union and once Union miss points in a game it will be the end of the story for them.
Interesting thing in Bundesliga is the number of goals scored, +2 goals in every single match up to 6. So 34 goals scored in 9 games, ~4 goals per match.

I kept asking a lot of people why the hell did Union Berlin have this odd of @1.90? bookmakers would never be very generous, so there was something that made Union Berlin not such a favorite in this game. Even so, I bet on this game, but when I saw that Bochum scored 1 goal I already knew that Union Berlin would lose in that game, the truth is that the bundesliga is dominated by bayern, that will not change anytime soon, with this defeat of Union Berlin, Bayern is already only 1 point behind Union Berlin and does anyone here doubt that Union Berlin will lose in other games and that Bayern won't lose many games and that soon they will be in first place? me as a fan of bayern already hope that soon we will be in first place

Despite they are leading still the bundesliga , but a point above bayern munich is not something that you can hold for long , next match or after the next match things could really changed 180 degree. Union berlin back to where they belong , mediocre is their best place though.
