Bochum at the very bottom, Union Berlin became the top of the Bundesliga standings.
Bochum's only advantage in this match, they are the home team. but like you said, don't you think there's something odd about this @1.90. then I wouldn't be surprised if the final result of this match was a draw, but it turned out that Bochum got the full points in this match.

I never imagined that Union Berlin would lose points and be defeated in this match. Berlin's performance has been excellent in each of the previous matches. But against a team as weak as Bochum, they are not expected to play this badly. The weakest team in the league is Bochum. Berlin players did not attack much in this match. Against a weak team like  Bochum, Union Berlin's players should have played an attacking strategy from the start of the match. If Berlin's players scored the first goal of the match, Bochum's players were under pressure and could not win. Union Berlin will definitely need to change their tactics if they want to stay at the top of the points table.

Nobody will thought Union Berlin will lose from Bochum today because Bochum is so weak and their position at the bottom of standings league and Union Berlin also using their best lineup to faced this match because i saw they playing using some of their key players such as their previous matches but maybe because tight schedules from them makes some of players cannot managed their performance and also seems their depth of squad quality are not equal to their main players so that's why if the manager made some changes Union Berlin will playing poor but with this result their position threaten by Bayern Munich because if they slipped again for upcoming matches i am sure Bayern Munich will taking over their position

Union Berlin did it like Liverpool against Nottingham Forest!

This is definitely kind of a setback for Union Berlin. This might be more than just the lost three points. Full pressure from Bayern Munich again and beyond that several other clubs. The five teams behind Union Berlin won their game this weekend, which makes them a massive loser of this gameday. Those three points hurt a lot and honestly I am a bit sad about it. It's always fun to see Bayern hunt another team in front of them, but the difference is that Bayern often is able to change gears while other teams become unstable.

Dortmund's win was a must or otherwise they could have dropped to rank 9. That might have been close to Terzic being sacked soon. Now they should use their momentum, but as we all know, it is Borussia Dortmund...

It looks like those odds were telling us something because Union Berlin's odd was pretty high.  

Bochum kept the game balanced despite playing against the leader. I think they really deserved this win. After having a 2-0 score advantage Union Berlin had nowhere to run. They desperately tried to make a comeback. If Pantovic didn't miss the penalty maybe they would have more time to equalize the score and get one point at least. But they scored barely in the stoppage time and it ended 2-1. Union Berlin couldn't beat the last team in the standings and this would affect them mentally bad I guess.

I think after last round results it became more clear that bayern team will win it again, they seem unbeatable at the moment, the other teams seem to beatable i don't see anyone  else outperforming bayern.

This is true, even though they have lost a main striker this season but they can still be productive in terms of goalscoring. Sadio Mane who struggled with his performances with Bayern Munich also did not affect Bayern Munich's goal achievement. I agree that the Bundesliga is more competitive than last season, placing a lot of teams who have points very close together. But Union Berlin got a stumbling block after they lost to Bochum this week.

Of the 11 players selected, five are from Dortmund. This underlines once again what a strong performance the Dortmunders put in over the weekend.

Julian Bellingham even earned the highest possible score with a 10.0. Pretty sick performance, if you ask me.

I'm curious how long we can still see him play in the BVB jersey. The first offers should already come in the next winter transfer window. I hope Dortmund can keep him - at least until the end of the season.

Union Berlin?The most pathetic team I have ever seen.They have had an awful campaign in the Europa League only lately to get a two wins with a narrow result 1-0 in both games,against Braga and Royal Union they have had some really bad performance.

Maybe they are focusing on the Bundesliga more but trust me they will never win a Bundesliga with such amateur performance for a team that fights for the title,I wonder is the Bundesliga level this down that a team like Union Berlin is fighting for the title?

For a player who has played at a club for a long time will have difficulty adjusting to his new club in a short time and we saw that happen to Sadio Mane. Bayern Munich have started to play like in the past seasons finally after many weeks passed in the season. Doing this without a natural striker is a great job. I know that they have Choupo-Moting but I meant a striker like Lewandowski. I wonder if they will sign someone in January as well.

Bayern Munich has been performing well. They are winning games by a wide margin. They are improving the team day by day. When Lewandowski was at Bayern Munich, their team was much stronger. But after Lewandowski left the team, the team had some adverse effects. Although Bayern Munich have added Sadio Mane to the team, he will need some time to adapt to the team.

Sadio Mane is a great football player.  Coming to Germany from England, of course, may have caused the problem of adaptation.  He must be getting used to the Bundesliga as he has adapted to the Premier League.  We have to give it a chance.  Lewandowski is a player who has played in the Bundesliga for years, and his familiarity with the league in the goals he scored is also a factor.  Mane will make great contributions to Bayern Munich after overcoming the adaptation problem.

Julian Bellingham and Niklas Süle showed an awesome performance on the Weekend against Stuttgart.
In my opinion i would take De Ligt out of the statistics here as there was other good playing Players.
About the offers for Bellingham i guess he is already on the watching list of some Clubs the last year ,
and also hope he will be in Dortmund maybe for some years as he is a Leader there with his 19 years.

He adapted already to Bayern Munich not fully but he did and its always a difficult thing to get into a new squad.

I don't know, Bayern seems to be doing fine so far? They are only 1 point behind, and they are Bayern, I am sure that they are doing as well as hoped for after such a bad start. They are not even winning like all games, they had 3 wins, 1 draw and 1 loss in the last 5 games, not 5 wins like we are used to.

And even with that, the top place had 2 losses and 3 wins, which meant closing the gap a bit, third had 2 draws and 1 loss, hence Bayern is doing better than others. I personally expect them to take the lead next week as well, Union will play gladbach and the pressure of "losing the top spot" will make them not play %100 and they will get a draw, or even a loss whereas Bayern will end up with a win again.

Hoffenheim really disappointed me with their very poor performance. They were one of the top teams in the standings but we didn't see a proper performance in offense from them at all. This was no different than the ineffectiveness level of Freiburg against Bayern Munich. Hoffenheim also had the same problems against them.
I trusted both teams to score by trusting Hoffenheim's scoring power and my bet lost. Bayern Munich have really started to play like their usual version these days. They are climbing the positions and it is another sign for a season that they become the champions. Playing this much strong without a big striker in the team is really impressive.

Correct, more agresion and intensity and more pace covered by Bayern Munich and also more precise when hunting for goals, they don't crack on that. Hoffenheim should have at least scored today, they did pretty well the last team they faced, scoring five goals in the process but couldn't with Bayern Munich, it also shows that if not for the Barcelona game ahead Bayern Munich would have scored than two goals.

I saw the Frankfurt game. They are so fvcknn pacy like Goddamn!! You have to be physically sound or play those close ball's also to calm them down, more like Barcelona ans Manchester City kind of football to humble them.

This was a poor performance from Hoffenheim but we will also have to remember which team they are up against. Against Bayern Munich, it is never easy to win. I think it is safe to say that Bayern Munich dominated the match. And I think the statistical report shows that very well.

@Oluwa-btc I don't think Bayern Munich is going to have too many problems against Barcelona in UCL. After all, they have already beaten Barcelona once this season. We all know that the defensive line of Barcelona is not very reliable at this moment. I did not expect anything special from Hoffenheim in this match against Bayern Munich and I also don't expect anything special from Barcelona in the next match as well. But obviously, the match against Barcelona is not going to be as easy as this one.

Bochum had a couple of close games this season. There situation looks of course devastating, but it doesn't 100% reflect how they performed so far. They had some games with one goal difference and had their chances. It could have gone either way. Perhaps the problem for Union really was euphoria and psychology, they underestimated the expected intensity of the game. They might have been hoping that Bochum gave up already because of the ranks in the table. But as I said before, when Liverpool lost against Nottingham Forest it was very similar. I would even bet that Bochum's coach pointed towards that game in England and said, hey guys there you go, it is possible!

I have been hearing about this Bellingham guy recently and I have not been opportunity to watch him very well. I want to be able to watch him. I will have to check up on him this champions league.  With a score of 10/10 he must be an excellent player. If it is so, it means that the rumours of Real Madrid and Liverpool interested in him could be true. Dortmund knows how to produce good and quality players.

However, what is actually surprising is that Union Berlin lost against Bochum, which is something that I was not expecting. In my opinion, that was one of the most unexpected things I ever encountered. It was clear that Union Berlin had been playing really well throughout this season and there was no doubt that Bayern Munich was going to have some tough competition when it came to winning the football championship. The problem is that now I am starting to doubt them, and I do not think I am the only one who has started to doubt them.

When you are up against a team that is in the relegation zone when you are in the race against Bayern Munich, there is no point in giving points away against a team that is in the relegation zone.

I was surprised Bochum vs Union Berlin 2-1, they won even looking at the first half I feel confident Union can draw even win. But my prediction was wrong they lost, even they scored in the extra time. Of course, this defeat makes Bayern happy because their points difference is getting closer. Yes let's take a look at the next game, if they get more unstable it is a team problem that I suspected from the beginning. I'm just sorry for Bochum they still remain in the Relegation Zone.
