If Freiburg will be able to win Schalke tonight, they will return to 3rd position above Dortmund.

It will take up to 90+7 to make them manage to secure 3 points in this match. Actually they played quite well but indeed in this case the Monchengladbach defense also deserves a thumbs up.

This is the luck that Union Berlin got after getting 1 goal in added minutes. Monchengadbach troubled Union Berlin of course. It was a struggle the Union Berlin squad should appreciate as they did not give up before the referee blew the whistle to mark the end of the match. Hoffenheim haven't conceded a goal from Köln in the last 3 games. Köln has not been able to win against Hoffenheim for 8 games. Looking at these statistics, I can bet on the Köln defeat. I like Union Berlin a lot for their down to earth mentality and they fight until the whistle blows. This last second goal by Union Berlin is no coincidence in the broader sense. I was hoping so hard for them to actually win this game in order to keep up the pressure on Bayern Munich. The last thing we need now is Bayern Munich to lead by 10 points after half of the season is played. This way it is exciting to follow the Bundesliga and everything is pretty close to each other. Freiburg got all 3 points against Schalke. This was a dominating performance from them. Freiburg was a lot more coordinated in this match. They had more chances to score in this match, to be honest. But I think overall this was a good performance for them, and a well-deserved win for them. They did not have a very difficult time against Schalke. And obviously, this was expected. In the end, Union Berlin were able to turn the match around and win it. Even so, they had to hang on till the 97th minute in order to make sure that they were likely to win. In fact, I am still hopeful about Union Berlin giving Bayern Munich a tough fight for the title this season. However, I am not so sure that they will actually be able to accomplish that, but I still have some hope that they will. It is at least encouraging to know that they are still in the first position in the table.

I could not watch the game of Union Berlin vs Gladbach today, but i checked the score a few times and i have to admit that i really did not expect that Union would be able to win this game after they were behind until very late into the match. I thought that Union would not win today and that they would lose the leading position in the Bundesliga table but they have really impressed me with their performance today. Gladbach is a strong team but Union still managed to make a comeback.

It is sounding like something cool but deep down me I pray for Union Berlin to have a draw at bad scenario but it is unfortunate that the reality is that they are heading to a defeat by Glashbag. It is almost 80 mins, I am hopeing they can be lucky and draw the match, if not Bayern Munich will overtake everyone in the club.

I placed a bet with a little money to choose union berlin to win this match, hopefully in the second half union can turn things around and end the match with a win

Honestly it's not really a shock. It's not even about this game, there are situations where worse teams win against better teams and it's common in football. Bayern has lost some weird games this year as well didn't they? They looked like they built a great team, their roster is filled with many great players, and even with that in mind they still lost to teams like Augsburg for example.

This is why even though we may end up betting on the favorites, there are situations where unexpected happens and we lose. That's normal part of football and we shouldn't be worried, just move to the next game and hope that this time around you would win.

The thing about Union Berlin that set them apart from Bayern Munich is that they know how to win games even with a fair goal. They don't have to expend as much energy to win matches, just two goals at the most explains why their goal differences are a little lower than Bayern Munich's and they are still in first place. However, I don't think they would stay there for long, they will wear out and be replaced by Bayern Munich.

Bayern doesnt look as if they came to play even Lewandoski's departure, some people will argue otherwise but Mane's replacement is one of the best things that has crossed over to the Bundesliga, Mainz isn't too out of their form, they are good but seeing how Mane took the match against them personal satisfy me of everything he is earning in Bayern, it is worth it.

Until now both Union and Freiburg are annoying Bayern more than Dortmund and Leverkusen in the previous season. BTW where is Leverkusen now
M'Gladbach in today's game wasn't able to keep the 1 goal advantage most of the time of the game, they just let Union score 2 goals and got all 3 points. A draw could make Bayern first! I think Bayern fans should wait Freiburg - Union match to see their team being first again.
