I dont think that it will be not a problem to integrate Harry Kane into the team for both the Coach and Kane.
Kane has played for so many other teams at the beginning in his Career and i think that he know how to handle that integration.
Nobody can say anything from that 1 day training and that few minutes he played after Munich was already behind.

Personally I don't put much faith in Thomas Tuchel. I know he's got some career experience going uphill during his spells at Chelsea and PSG, but Thomas Tuchel also has good experience with other Bundeliga teams during his time at Borussia Dortmund.
