As far as I remember, no Union Berlin players were released last summer and their squad was still intact like the previous season and if anyone left it was a player who was not included in Urs Fischer's plans. Key players such as Sheraldo Becker and Kevin Behrens  are still at Union Berlin and both were top scorers last season for Union Berlin. But not only that, Union Berlin also brought in quite good players such as Robin Gosens from Inter and David Datro Fofana from Chelsea. Of course, Urs Fischer brought in this player to strengthen his attack line and midfield, but it hasn't been successful enough until now. This is the problem with you people, if a coach doesn't deliver for once or has a very poor performance, you start taking it too far. Blaming Urs Fischer alone without letting the players take the fair share of the blame is partial, this guy had been there for years when Union Berlin was maintaining some good spot on the table (about 7th and upward). It's so bad this time for the club though and firing him might be the right choice for a fresh breath and handling but it would be so unfair to quickly forget all the good contributions he had while heading the club. If Union Berlin does not have good progress in the few remaining matches until the season break, then of course Union Berlin will really have to make a major overhaul in the January transfer market. Because if not, then Union Berlin will be certain to be relegated at the end of this season, because of course it will be a difficult job if Union Berlin maintains its squad composition like this until the end of the season. They've just sacked the manager incharge of all of these seasons disaster, he was the coach inchargyof the success they had towards the Champions League qualifications and good performance they had in the German Bundesliga last season.

This team, like the team ran out of gas when the 2023/2024 competition started. In previous seasons, Union Berlin always went all out to stay in the middle of the standings. In the 2022/2023 season, Union Berlin appeared different, they even sat at the top of the Bundesliga standings, although in the end Union Berlin experienced a setback and their ranking was again taken over by Bayern Munich.

To be honest, throughout this season I have never watched a Union Berlin match. However, when playing the match against Napoli in the Champions League group phase, I just found out that Union Berlin played a mess as a whole. both in the front line, defense, especially the midfield players. A team like Bayern Liverkusen can no longer be seen as a small team now because from all angle this season,they have shown that they are capable of winning greater things.They have been so consistent from day one till now,and they are showing no sign of tiredness.Liverkusen to me are the most prefered team that will win the  Bundesliga tittle this season because Alonso is one of the best coach in Europe for now,and what he has done so far is not what one will feel he isn't serious for the Tittle.I think Dortmund and Bayern Munich are still there to compete but with what we've seen from Liverkusen so far,u can say they are the favourite for the tittle this time around.

Well, even now it's still too early to decide on the championship but for the mid-season and the end of the season too I don't think there will be much change here as the only possible additions are Dortmund and Leipzig which every year they are always in the Champions League zone and join the competition.
Last season there were a few other clubs that could have been in the mix but for now dark horse clubs like Freiburg and Union are still underperforming so maybe they will be excluded now.
For VFB they had a great start to the season and we saw that they improved a lot this season but in the last few games we saw how they started to have problems so I would also rule them out.

It definitely too early to decide the champion, so many things have changed in this season just as if they substituted each other, take a look at union Berlin that finished last season in fourth position are now in last position when match is still in 11 game while VfB Stuttgart that were battling not to relegate are now sitting comfortably in third point living behind second runner-up of last season with two points interval and Leipzig in the fourth position have one point in between, VfB Stuttgart performance this season show how serious the want to make it to champion league next season.

Football is just so unpredictable these days; most low-level teams are now performing really well and beating those considered to be of greater quality than them. The Bundesliga has always been a thrilling competition to watch, despite the fact that the league title has always been shared by Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund, with Bayern Munich winning the majority of the time since the league's inception. However, due to how competitive the league is, the teams that hold the second to fourth positions are always rotating. I believe this season we will see new clubs that will make it to the top four and qualify for the champions league next season. If most of the smaller teams showing expertise in their games are consistent till next year, they will find themselves in the next season’s champions league.

A team like Bayern Liverkusen can no longer be seen as a small team now because from all angle this season,they have shown that they are capable of winning greater things.They have been so consistent from day one till now,and they are showing no sign of tiredness.Liverkusen to me are the most prefered team that will win the  Bundesliga tittle this season because Alonso is one of the best coach in Europe for now,and what he has done so far is not what one will feel he isn't serious for the Tittle.I think Dortmund and Bayern Munich are still there to compete but with what we've seen from Liverkusen so far,u can say they are the favourite for the tittle this time around.

For me, as an individual I have never seen a club like Bayern Leverkusen as a small team not because they may not be able to compete with other big clubs in the transfer market, but over the years we have seen some clubs that were once known as underdogs do some wonderful things in European football, but in the case of Bayern Leverkusen it is a thing of joy to see the Leverkusen side become a top contender not only in the German bundesliga but also in European football. though there have been some tremendous changes in the team, from the emergence of xabi Alonso as head coach, and Victor Boniface who has been doing great for the team in this campaign for the Leverkusen side.

After this break for the national teams to play, I hope that when the Bundesliga resumes Leverkusen's performance will not drop, because in recent times what I have seen is that when a small team is at the top of the table while the big team is in second place trying to catch up first place, but there is a break for the national team games, when the games resume, the performance of many teams that were doing very well, starts to drop a lot and at the end of the league the big team becomes champion. I remember seeing this happen last season with Union Berlin when they were at the top of the table for a few rounds

although it seems to me that the squad is a problem, in my opinion this decision to fire the coach now was a good one because with this the new coach can have space to observe the team and say which player they can sign when the transfer window opens. Keeping the coach who was fired would not be a good option because the team is in the relegation zone and runs a high risk of being relegated. I don't know who the new coach will be, but without a doubt he will have a very difficult task ahead of him.

Something that cannot be predicted accurately, although there may be some indications that make some fans believe that in the future one of their favorite clubs will be able to perform better but it can always not be made fully confident, because of course the change of a team is always not fully predictable, we can see how Union Berlin is now, they are at the bottom of the table, it is very bad, even though last season they were able to impress in the competition in the top five area of the standings. Teams that were originally strong can turn out to be very weak and teams that were originally mediocre can become tough competitors in the race like Leverkusen and VfB, but yes, naturally it is a change from every team, but on the other hand I don't see that with Bayern Munich, and that's why Bayern Munich can always dominate the title at the end of the season, none other than because they are very strong in terms of performance and have very good consistency every season.

Yes this season looks more interesting than last season, there are many surprises from some newcomer teams to make the competition at the top of the table more interesting, it's good because of course I also want to see other teams involved in the end-of-season trophy hunt, not just Bayern Munich and Dortmund.

Football has become so unpredictable in recent times, anything can happen at any time, which is why the outcome of games currently can't be for seen, awhole lot of teams that were looked down on are doing bigger exploits now than before, look at all the European leagues and see how small teams of seasons before are making wave now.

 Newcastle now in the Champions league, where's Chelsea? Even Manchester United in the league's standings, they're behind. Aston Villa are delivering very well, EPL aside, let's see the German Bundesliga, especially for Bayern Leverkusen, they're been formidable and are proving their presence back to back, alot of dramas in football and more still to come. We should just expect all as they unfold, we should await any development we see, that's the fun of football, it is indeed a beautiful game.

Xabi did not have the opportunities that Tuchel had. We realized that Xabi's scouting staff, team coaches and technical knowledge are very good. It is not easy to create a squad that can compete with Bayern Munich. Xabi achieves the difficult. Leverkusen became a better team than Dortmund thanks to him.

It further makes it more interesting with the fact that Xabi is even a yong coach a s he is achieving this already. It's very possible he could bring to an end the era of Bayern Munich dominance in the bundesliga, if he succeeds in winning the league title by the end of this season as this happens to be one of his targets.

Bayern Munich under the management of tuchel is doing so well and definitely still remains fierce amongst other teams in the bundesliga especially this season where they have been winning recently with great goal margins. Xabi is really building a formidable and contending force against tuchel's but then only time can tell if Xabi has got a team who can withstand the fierce champions of the bundesliga.
