The pressure just appears to be almost much already and the season is yet to  start, they are even yet Start pre season. And everyone is almost fired up about their expectations from Bayern Munich. In as much as kompanys past record is vital in trying to judge and gauge possible expectations from him, we should also understand the chances of the odds been defiled and he becomes one of the best Munich has had after a long time, this is mostly possible. At this point everyone is just speculating and making a guess or better put a prediction as regards that which kompany will be able to achieve with Bayern Munich.

I think people are expecting a lot from Vincent Kompany as new coach of Bayern Munich even before season starts. His past results are important but may be he surprise everyone and become one of  best coaches Bayern has had in long time. Right now people are just guessing what Kompany will achieve with Bayern Munich. Football can be unpredictable and Kompany might prove people wrong. We will have to wait and see if he can meet the high expectations and make the team successful.

I'm giving Vincent Kompany a decent chance, I mean I'm not going to say he's a coach without ability and such before I see what he can demonstrate for Bayern Munich. The past is important, I agree with that but no one knows whether he will be better or not. VfB Stuttgart is a team that I hope can compete again in the Bundesliga next season. Last season, they were unexpectedly able to play well and they managed to become runners up and above Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund, which are actually two teams that are always in first and second place every season. However, last season we saw something different in the Bundesliga because there was a new champion and also a new runner up. What happened last season makes us speculate that the competition in the Bundesliga will get even tighter.

Bayern Munich has a new coach, as does Borussia Dormund. Meanwhile, the team that won last season still has the same coach. Usually, if a team has a new coach, they will go through an adaptation process first and that might mean they won't immediately perform very well at the start of the season. If it's like that, then it's an opportunity for other teams.

Who would have thought that Stuttgart would be able to perform well last season, even though they were almost relegated and had to go through a play-off match to return to the Bundesliga. however, Sebastian Hoeness was able to give a surprise, where he led his team to perform well and finish in second place in the Bundesliga. Unfortunately Stuttgart will not be strengthened by several of its mainstay players next season, one of which is Guirassy who is moving to Borussia Dortmund. Several other names are also rumored to be leaving the MHP Arena soon, if so, Sebastian Hoeness must look for equivalent player options so that his team can compete again like last season. Next season Sebastian Hoeness has quite a big challenge, yes they will compete in the Champions League. It's not something easy for Hoeness and his team, because they have a pretty busy schedule next season.

Likewise for Bayern Munich and their new coach, their performance will be highly anticipated next season. but at least, they have quite competitive team depth. the same as Dortmund, but at least under the guidance of Nuri Sahin, Dortmund has brought in several newcomers to make their team much more competitive than the previous season, even though they have not been tested.
As for Leverkusen, Alonso will at least keep his team competitive so they can defend the League title they won previously. Let's see, it looks like next season's Bundesliga will be more competitive and quite exciting to look forward to.

If only Kompnay will be given the time that he needs to put the club back in their best form so that they can start winning Bundesliga again. People are criticizing more than discussing the fact that Vincent Kompany will be the manager of Bayern Munich from next season. What everyone is saying is that this manager will not manage Bayern Munich very well. For the last few seasons we can see that Bayern Munich's team performance is not very good and the main reason behind this is that they have not been able to appoint a quality manager to their club so far. A new season begins, in a new season they appoint a new manager to their club, it can be seen that the manager does not get time to give his all to make the team perform consistently. This season Bayern Munich has maintained its consistency and appointed a new manager although this manager's previous experience is not very good but still trusting him now it remains to be seen how well this manager can take Bayern Munich to a new level.

I still don't understand one thing. Why did Nagelsmann wanted to manage a national team already now? I mean he is a really young manager after all. He was climbing the steps really quick in his career as the last club he managed was Bayern Munich as you know.    After that I really expected him to continue managing big clubs like that.

I think national team jobs are a better fit for managers with big careers at a little old age minimum too. Because you are like a little active than being retired while managing a national team.    You are rarely playing games.

In his last spell at Bayern Munich he had some failures. The possibility of the same thing happening again could have created even bigger problems for his career. I think the German national team are a comfort zone for him. He will continue to get good stats with the German national team. But if he had a second big team experience after Bayern Munich and failed, there would be a lot of negativity about him. I think the German national team are a comfort zone for him and an opportunity to rest. He can have an active rest there for a while.

With his young age, maybe he also wants to gain experience and try new things by becoming a national team coach, for example. And Germany is his goal even though now he has also failed to bring Germany to good results at Euro 2024. He had to accept that his team was eliminated by Spain in the quarter-finals with a score of 2-1.
However, national team coaches are better known as coaches who want to end their careers, apart from that, those who make the national team are usually not in contention for clubs. This is not a certain thing, because not everyone has thoughts like that and only a few.

It is also rumored that several players will leave Stuttgart for next season, that will be something they have to think about because they have to look for players who can fill the void.

To me, it actually feels like Bayern Munich was targeting the coaches that were not known to be great coaches at that moment. Before Kompany, they have actually approached Ten Hag if I recall correctly. Those choices definitely do not look very good.

Bayern Munich weren’t targeting unknown coaches but just as we have said they were targeting coaches that are going to stay with them for a very long term and there style of aligns with theirs and to be sincere about they got there man. Kompany can ball an all possession football if we judge him by the way Burnley team plays and signing him was a good gamble to me. They did that with Julien Neglesmann even though they had issues later, he wasn’t a failure in my opinion like Tuchel.

The only problem in waiting with Kompany is, there are many players in this current Bayern squad that are almost same age with him and some players also wouldn’t see him as an elite coach and that could be an issue when he decides to stamp an authority, but if the management board supports him fully he will definitely be able to overcome those challenges.

Vincent Kompany did extremely well when he was managing Derby County and that was what gave him the elevation the coach a team in the premier league. His first season was not encouraging but that does not means the past should be forgotten that he was never a good coach and never had a good chance to make his career fascinating. He did well at Derby County, so I feel his move to Bayern Munich can make him do more than he did in the past in order to stand a chance to be trusted.

The Bundesliga has now started becoming a more competitive league from last season that Bayern Leverkusen broke the deadlock of Bayern Munich winning the league title year after years. We all know Kompany's talented. Derby County was difficult to turn around. However, Bayern Munich plays in another league. Literally. Now Bundesliga is serious. Hungery Leipzig and Dortmund. Kompany must elevate. He cant expect to win just by entering. Adaptable, clever, and able to establish a top-tier team.

That is the only thing I also see as obstacle to him since some of the players like Thomas Mullar, Lenore Sane, and some other players are either of his age or above him, but as you said, if the management supports him by given strong warnings to all the players to abide by his laws, the team will do better under his management because he looks like he is going do something better than Tuchel and since he is still young and has worked under Pep, he will be a better competitor to Alonso, and since  Bayern Management do spend money on players, he can be lucky to get some good players to add to his team which will make the team more competitive than it used to be including in the Champions League.

I don't think this is a matter of being suitable or not suitable, what makes you think young coaches are not suitable to coach the national team? I think it is each individual's choice and choosing to continue their career.
Coaching the national team also doesn't lower his standards as a great coach, he still has a lot of time and and I don't think he will continue to coach the German national team, one day he will definitely coach a big club again.

Julian Nagelsmann is one of the best coaches in new generation line-up with his stint with Bayern Munich was good going, but we have big mistake by them, and they fired him which create more problems for them and at the end they were having worst ever end of the season in decade there were few offers for him, but he rejected them and having his sight at the German national soccer team which is also going good, and he can improve their quality which were going down in last few years with his own strategy and players skills.

Having young or old national coach has never been matter because here at this point technique and strategy is more important and things needed to be at the top for any coach, and he is doing good job with this team surely this will give him good experience, and he will be more improved while for his future jobs at any level because having coaching job at the top level is surely good, and it's not going to bring standard down of any coach.

So Jurgen Klopp is new candidate! Nagelsmann is someone who is one to look at for the future. Things he has accomplished so far with Bayern and German and formerly Leipzig are beyond impressive. It doesn’t really matter where he chooses to land, but I think if he chooses to stay in Germany he might introduce a revolution in the coming days. Germany in the Euros were scary and also were considered a contender for the finals but it can be said that they were rather unlucky Nagelsmann can’t be blamed for Germany’s failure to go further. If Nagelsmann stays with Germany and takes on to the World Cup they might cook. But it is more likely that Nagelsmann will end up in a big club from one of the top-flight leagues.

Yesterday on this thread, I made an opinion in which I said that the fact that Vincent Kompany's reign as a Burnley manager didn't end well doesn't necessarily mean that he'll not have a successful spell with Bayern Munich and that's because the two clubs aren't in the same category. For Burnley, helped them secure promotion to the English Premier League last two seasons but couldn't help keep them in safety in his first season as an English Premier League manager which I think was caused by the club's average quality players. But in his new club Bayern Munich, Vincent Kompany already have a star studded squad to succeed with.
Yesterday, it was confirmed that Crystal Palace former attacker Micheal Olise have now joined Bayern Munich after his impressive season with the English Premier League club which was another big addition to a squad that possesses some of the best players in the world. Vincent Kompany I strongly believe will excel as a Bayern Munich manager

It could be that Kompany is the fourth choice on Bayern list of target managers, three previous managers have rejected offers, and Kompany is lucky to have the opportunity to coach a club as big as Bayern. It is true that Kompany still lacks experience as a manager, but we cannot ignore the fact that Kompany is a former City captain, as a player Kompany has learned a lot from Pep Guardiola in managing a club.

Kompany deserves the opportunity, as a young manager he certainly has high motivation to achieve success in his new role. Becoming manager of Bayern Munich is a big step in Kompany managerial career, even though in the future the tasks assigned to him will be very difficult, and in my opinion Kompany has the qualifications needed to rebuild the dominance that was broken by Leverkusen last season. We realize that Kompany still lacks experience, and previously he had only coached a club like Burnley, but club officials and management certainly had a special assessment when appointing Kompany as Thomas Tuchel successor. Apart from that, Bayern Munich fans certainly hope that Kompany can live up to expectations, he must prove his quality and make the most of the opportunity. If i am not mistaken Nagelsmann has just extended his contract recently with Germany National Team so whatever the result of Germany in the Euro Cup most likely it won't be effect to his position as a manager and indeed we should be blame Nagelsmann because he was failed to bringing Germany to gets Euro Cup trophy but i don't think he will be sacked from this failure even now Nagelsmann will be focus for world cup qualification stages later and he will attempts to bringing Germany to qualified to world cup 2026 and Nagelsmann confirmed he will used young players into Germany squad for qualification matches

Klopp to Germany National Team has been rumoured since January but this rumour is not going to happend because currently Nagelsmann is still being an the manager of this team moreover just like we all know Klopp has decide to rested from football for at least 1 year so probably he would be consistent with his commitment and will not handle any teams until 2025 but indeed if we see from Klopp achievement with Liverpool then he deserved to train for Germany but i don't think it will be happened in the near future so in my opinion Nagelsmann position as Germany manager is still safe

Kompany is not an experienced coach and he doesn't even have the enough knowledge. I think the only reason for Bayern Munich to hire Kompany was because him being available because before trying to go for Kompany they tried to hire some other coaches while they all rejected the offer from Bayern Munich because working in Bayern Munich is the current situation was a big risk for any coach while Kompany did it because he had nothing to lose.

I think you are too much if you claimed he has no enough knowledge. He won't be successful winning a trophy with Burnley if he has no enough knowledge. Bayern management is impossible to hire a person who has no proper capability as a manager of Bayern squad. They must see something special with Kompany, so they are interested to change Tuchel with Kompany. We don't forget that Tuchel is one of top coaches in the world. Bayern management must prefer to keep Tuchel if there is no something good with Kompany.

I know his experience isn't as well as Ancelotti or other top coaches. But he clearly has experiences in coaching football clubs. Every experienced and top coaches also managed few teams only when it was in their early career as a manager/coach. Kompany is a young coach/manager, it is normal if he only managed 2 teams so far.
