One thing I have understood in football and it’s very prevalent amongst small clubs is this; after winning something big in a season or had a lot of players that contributed to a more larger success for them for that season, they easily discard them and allow them to join bigger teams and then leave this small teams with no good player to keep them strong and active in the league like before which makes the competition more exciting.
