Bayern Munich management is working hard to sign this young talent player, who is only 22 years old. Micheal Olise is an experienced player, and I like his playing style. I remember when he destroyed Manchester United last season, they won 4: 0. Bayern Munich has many players whose contracts will expire next season, which is why I believe they want to sign Olise from Crystal Palace to improve their performance. Bayern Munich seems to be the favorite to win the Bundesliga title next season because the players they are trying to gather look like they are prepared for Leverkusen, I am confident that Kompany will achieve great things with these players.

Furthermore, I was surprised to see Chelsea withdraw from signing Olise, Chelsea hardly loses up on a player they want to sign because money is never a problem.

According from Skysport, Bayer Munich have reached an agreement deal with Premier League teams Crystal Palace for signing young players Michael Olise and paying above 60 million euro as fees transfer including add on bonuses. Recently, Michael Olise linked with Chelsea before but he denied that offer for joining with Bayern Munich next season.

Michael Olise had good statistic in this season with Crystal Palace, scored 10 goals and make 6 assists of 19 matches with Crystal Palace in Premier League and become good investment for Bayern Munich because he still 22 years old. I was thinking about what Bayern Munich needed to improve to be stronger next season... I assume it is obviously the defending. They conceded 45 goals in the Bundesliga last season which is huge for a title challenger. 

They don't need any transfer for the attacking line. They were the most productive team of the season by 94 goals you know. The only thing they can do is to find someone for Choupo-Moting's place as he is leaving. They were looking for a centre-back as far as I know. Jonathan Tah is a target for them currently. He would be a great addition honestly. I don't think Upamecano is performing well. He tends to make simple mistakes a lot. Tah might be a good replacement for him. 

But one more thing that is the main factor is the right manager to handle Bayern Munich because after all, if Bayern Munich makes a mistake or is wrong in choosing a manager then it will be difficult for Bayern Munich to stop Bayer Leverkusen's dominance. Indeed,  next season there may be many changes that will occur but still, I personally believe that Bayer Leverkusen still has good abilities to dominate the Bundesliga next season. Moreover,other teams such as Dortmund, Leipzig and maybe several other teams also seem to have good strength to be able to compete  strongly in the race for the title next season. Therefore,the Bayern Munich manager really has to be able to manage Bayern Munich well because if not, ofcourse Bayern Munich will be left behind or lose in the title race.

Bayern Munich has experienced a decline in performance, to the point where some say that Bayern Munich's failure last season was caused by one of their players, in my opinion it's not like that. because football is a game of teamwork so if they are able to solve their problems I think Bayern Munich can return to their glory days. Who knows what they will be like next season, whether they will perform worse or perform well again and compete closely with other teams. With Leverkusen itself, of course I think they are fine, it's just that they have to hone their game again to compete better next season by maintaining their performance.

Well, we still can't describe it. at the very least, there is speculation that Bayern Munich will take the League title again. There will always be negative and positive impacts from every player buying and selling activity, especially great players like Serhou Guirassy because Stuttgart will lose their strength which has helped them perform satisfactorily and Dortmund will get great player to help them recover.
But for Serhou Guirassy future, I really not sure he can achieve brilliant achievements with Dortmund because Dortmund current condition, even though Serhou Guirassy has been there, is not enough to be able to compete with other team, especially in the UCL competition.
Serhou Guirassy should be able to get really decent place so he can have much better career, maybe what I said could happen in the future, Serhou Guirassy will only be sold by Dortmund when they get big profit.

Haha Dortmund is team that can indeed create players with high selling prices and develop in Europe, they only have that talent but they are not able to really create history by producing several prestigious titles.
But I curious about Dortmund next season because they need changes to get back to their best performance so they can at least fight for the Bundesliga title.

They became basically the German Ajax with the way they are going. They got a lot of young players back in the day, and sold many of them and instead of using all those profits to build a team that would dominate the league, they are keeping the team sustainable over long period of time. If they make 100 million profit, and then use all that profit to get some players, then with one bad transfer that doesn't produce good results, they would be back to zero.

But if they sell a player for 100, and buy a 25 million one, they can do that 4 more times, and if one of them goes for good, then they would be fine. So all in all, I think it is quite important to keep the business going the way they have been so far, it's the best way.

The reason why Bayern Munich failed to win a single trophy last season wasn't because they weren't scoring a lot of goals rather because they were conceding a lot of goals. Harry Kane was the top scorer in any of top five leagues in Europe and no player in Europe top leagues scored more goals than he managed in all competitions last season but that wasn't enough for them to win a trophy. Bayern Munich's problem of last season was in the defense line and if they must return back to their place of dominating German football, they must strengthen the defense line of the club.
Vincent Kompany was recently appointed as the club manager and for a young manager like the Belgian, winning he hearts of the club fans will be a difficult task for him because some of fans is the German club are already doubtful if he'll succeed at the club. I'll want to see Bayern Munich return to winning trophies next season and irrespective of the fact that Vincent Kompany is not too experienced, I think he also have the ability to surprise his doubters by succeeding at the club

His contract term isn't a long one, so like you have rightly spelt out, terminating it wouldn't be like too much of a challenge to his employees, they don't even appear like a team that has got enough Patience and tolerance for failure or anything that seems like it, they don't even appear like they are giving chance for gradual improvement because over the years they have been used to a certain kind of results and anything less appears to them like a failure except the couch will be able to get them exactly what they expect of him.by the end of the season.

Winning the league title which can aswell mean reclaiming the league dominance again is very important and of essence to Bayern Munich. The management will stop at nothing to making sure they are back to winning ways and getting the team to top the bundesliga again in the neww season. One advantage Bayern Munich still have is in the fact t hat they still maintain their players and they are still intact except for a solid and a very skillful yet strong willed coach who can get them to breaking barriers is what I believe at this point Bayern Munich really needs and wants to be. I can't wait to see the performance of Leverkusen in the next season. Leverkusen had an epic performance so far in this season ended the Bundesliga season in a good way to end Bayern Munich's record of winning the title every season.

Yes, Michael Olise is one of the players who is in the spotlight in the Premier League but why did he choose Bayern Munich? I am sure of one thing about Xabi Alonso, yes, his experience in the Champions League when he was still a player, in my opinion, will really help him to apply it to his team, especially in terms of mentality. Although I am not a Bayern Munich fan, but I admit that Bayern Munich always has a chance to get the Bundesliga trophy. It's not about Bayern Munich's long dominance of the Bundesliga trophy, but because Bayern Munich also has a good team,  so it's no surprise when Bayern Munich remains the favorite team. Bayern Munich could not beat their opponents as easily as usual, and if not for the miracle that happened last season on matchday 34, Bayern Munich would have missed out on winning last season's Bundesliga title. Every player wants to win silverware every season, so it will be hard for players to intentionally perform poorly just to give their coach bad results. This can only happen when a club is already performing poorly, they are not in the top four of their league table, and when the players have fallen out of favor with their coach. They will continue to produce bad results, so their coach will be sacked. I agree that Bayern Munich should have given Thomas Tuchel time to prove himself at Bayern Munich because there's a problem at Bayern Munich that a coach can't fix in a season.

Even me I totally disagree because I see no connection between Thomas Tuche and the players not being on a good terms as the reason for not being consistent enough to win the league because we already no that Bayern Munich was on a terrible form this season, though for me I see it as a very natural thing because their are times when a big team that's well known by their performance will sometimes lose form giving the smaller team the opportunity to win the league, so is very normal that Bayern Munich was not totally prepared for this season that was why they were seriously struggling and the more they tried to overtake Bayern Leverkusen that's actually the more Bayern Leverkusen is climbing two steps ahead of them.

I can't wait to see the performance of Leverkusen in the next season. Leverkusen had an epic performance so far in this season ended the Bundesliga season in a good way to end Bayern Munich's record of winning the title every season.
Now I want to see if Leverkusen will dominate the Bundesliga and win the title for the other teams like Bayern Munich, or if they will lose it to the other teams and let Bayern Munich take back their place.
 

We already know what Alonsol is capable of, but now I would like to see what Kompany is capable of, how good he is, as Guardiola says about him. I understand that he would want those who studied with him to be the best of the best, and now Kompany and Maresca will be under close supervision. Guardiola also recently said that Gundogan could become an excellent coach. Kompany has everything it needs to become a Bundesliga champion, I hope he succeeds.
