Indeed you can't be sure on this because Bayern Munich and Vincent Kompany is surely expecting to see a positive change in the team even though Kompany had a bad season last season with Burnley in the Premier League. Kompany may be young in age but he has got a lot of experience being a good player and don't forget he also helped Burnley to come out of the relegation zone before the team had bad season in the Premier League so I believe moving to a bigger team where you have more quality players will boost the confidence of Kompany to do a great job in the Bayern Munich team.

I am optimistic about Kompany bringing a change in the Bayern Munich team but I don't think the results will start soon they will still need to give him time to master his the right formation to use and to get things together in the team.

Bayern Munich must remain optimistic amidst many people's lack of confidence in the new coach they have chosen because it is a risk from Bayern Munich Management's own decision. Every team makes mistakes and the fact that Bayern Munich are not in good form now does not mean that mistake cannot be corrected. They must have done that in order to improve the quality of the team, unknown to them that this will be the case of the team now. Kompany is still part of the revival process they’re passing through to make the team good again. If he was not fit for the job or can tell if he’s the right choice for the club, they wouldn’t have employed him in the first place. Until the league begins, he remains the choice of Bayern Munich and will do everything to make the team successful.

I think this is normal in football and you can’t blame Tuchel for performing that poorly. When he joined the team, he won them a trophy in his first season and that was all overlooked because of just one season. Everyone could have their downtime and maybe that was his and he needed some cool off until the next season before he gets back to his real form. I have not seen anything that bad to warrant that sack. He made it to the champions league semifinals, that was something difficult to do and appreciable to anyone that did that. That was how he was sacked by Chelsea and till date, they’re still battling to get themself back in the league. I don’t hope for the same fate for Bayern Munich.

I agree with you that Terzic is a better selection for Bayern Munich than Kompany. But, if I'm not mistaken, Kompany was appointed as Bayern Munich's head coach before Terzic announced his departure from Dortmund after a fantastic season with a Champions League final. Bayern Munich fired Tuchel too quickly, even though he almost made his squad appear solid towards the end of the season. Even though they experienced defeat, they were certain that they would no longer be able to catch up with the points collected by Leverkusen. Now the coach brought in is no better than Tuchel, Kompany failed to save Burnley from the threat of relegation. His mediocre experience will certainly experience difficulties with Bayern Munich who always demand that the coach present trophies. During the first season he was appointed as head coach, we saw the signs as they almost lost the Bundesliga League Competition to Borrussia Dortmund. If Borrussia Dortmund weren't bottlers, believe me they Bayern Munich wouldn't have won the Bundesliga League Competition if Borrussia Dortmund had done better during the last few games. Last season, fans should be blasting Thomas Tuchel and Bayern Munich for failing Harry Kane but rather they chose to do things the opposite. Saying words like Harry Kane goals hunted them. SMH... I don't know the confidence and belief you have that make you think about this, but you should also understand that Bayern Munich management cannot make wrong decisions when it comes to things like this, and for the fact that we are talking about who will manage the squad, I believe they know why they choose Kompany over other coaches. However, Kompany is not a coach that we will underrate; he did not make Burnley to be at the top in the Premier League competition, which does not mean he did not have the experience.

Kim Min Jae is a great player & also talented, it's impossible for Bayern Munich to put him on the bench, where did you get the information about this so you're discussing about it? A day ago there was news about him being asked by Inter Milan to become their loan player, but the loan request was immediately rejected by Bayern Munich. Actually, Thomas Tuchel is an experienced coach, but last season he failed to give his best to the club he managed. I won't blame him completely because after all this is something that is normal for coaches to experience. And actually what makes us assume that Thomas Tuchel has had a bad performance is because this is the first season that Bayern Munich has had to end the season without a trophy and in the Bundesliga they have been able to maintain that for 11 seasons. If Kompany could not give a satisfactory performance is this new season that he will now be serious. Is not as if beyern Munich is a bad but they are getting weaker and they seriously need to find a way of getting their self better in improvement. Kompany needs more oil to be able to fire up Bayern Munich. Everything is time I remember when Bayern was Bayern they were on beating and to me bayern have done very well. And I know Kompany will do his best for the club to be successful. Somtimes when I see bayern Munich playing i just remember the old Bayern how they were very dominating. And any club meeting bayern have to be seriously prepared because they know how to play very well. When a league as too many good clubs, it just make the competition more interesting. Because the competition will be high and you will get the entertainment you want. Kompany needs to do more.
