I don’t see anything wrong with this squad and they can still fo wondrous things also this season. Adding more senior players to the team will really help them but I don’t think it’s a necessity now that the league have started and they started on a good course. Bayern Leverkusen still remains one of the strong contender for the Bundesliga title this season and without putting that great performance together, they will not be able to keep that consistency of wining the league again. Many clubs should fear them but i don’t think they’ll get it easier as they did last season. The league just started but they can’t keep the unbeaten streak this season after losing their most recent match, that shows how tough this season is going to be for them.

I think Bayer will have a completely different season, first of all because of the heavy workload on the players in the Champions League, to some extent because the Champions League will use a new format, which will increase the number of games. In the next round they will go to visit Hoffenheim, and after that the Champions League matches will begin, and we will have to see how the results in the Bundesliga can change from the end of September. It seems to me that Bayern is more accustomed to this regime, so they will cope with it better.

Exactly my thought: bringing in a star player will affect the squad this season even if they get back their performance; it will be next season because right now the season has already started, and bringing in those players will take them time to develop their performances again. However, Alonso feels balanced and good with his current players, which is why he is not bringing in new players to the team; he knows that the current squad can still do it as they are still strong and in good shape.

Exactly my thought: bringing in a star player will affect the squad this season even if they get back their performance; it will be next season because right now the season has already started, and bringing in those players will take them time to develop their performances again. However, Alonso feels balanced and good with his current players, which is why he is not bringing in new players to the team; he knows that the current squad can still do it as they are still strong and in good shape. 

But to be able to compete with stronger teams it will be difficult, like Leverkusen who will compete in the Champion League competition this season, I think there needs to be an improvement made by Xabi Alonso but he didn't do it this season.
For Leverkusen's strength this season is still the same as last season, they are still strong but every team should have an increase in quality every season.

It is the dream of all football club fans to see their team win the title at the end of the season because nobody loves to be a loser. Finally, Borrussia Dortmund is that club I would love to see challenge for the Bundesliga League Competition this season seriously. My first choice would still be Bayern Leverkusen. As much as I want to see them win it back to back, I wouldn't mind seeing Borrussia Dortmund fight to win the Bundesliga League Competition thus time around. They have always cime second runners up season after season, it was also disappointing to see that they couldn't get the chance to win it when they was close three seasons back. If Bayern Leverkusen can do that what they dis last season, then other clubs can do just the same if they're consistent and discipline finally. It'll be a long and tougher Bundesliga League Competition ahead. I don't know about the level of football, I can't say too much but they're very good clubs with high technicality.
