Bayer Leverkusen have had an underwhelming start to the 2024/25 Bundesliga campaign, and it's a sign that they're going to struggle this season. I know no team can stay undefeated forever, but I think Bayer Leverkusen's way of playing is problematic. If they do not quickly regain their form and improve their weaknesses, Leverkusen will find it difficult to defend their "throne" in Germany against the return of Bayern Munich. Besides Bayern vs Leverkusen, Dortmund vs RB Leipzig are also qualified to compete for the Bundesliga championship. Therefore, this year's season will be very interesting.

I agree Bayer Leverkusen slow start to season is worrying but I don't think they are out of running yet. Their way of playing has some problems but they have good team and smart coach Xabi Alonso. It is good that they kept Alonso and their best players. But they need to fix their weaknesses fast to keep up with strong teams like Bayern Munich and others. Bundesliga is always tough and this season will be very exciting. Leverkusen fans have reason to be hopeful but team needs to play better to keep their title. It is too early to give up on them but they need to improve soon.

Usually every team that starts the season will first look for their best form of play, because they have rested too long and there are also changes in the composition of the players, whether significant or not, but still the changes will affect their appearance, that is if we look at it from the team's side itself.

No, Xabi doesn't need to do much, believe me if the defeat in yesterday's match was just a small mistake when Xabi used the wrong goalkeeper. I don't know whether my opinion is right or not but Leverkusen still has a very good appearance from the attack line and even the defense line is still very stable. However, I support your opinion if even though last season was successful using what Xabi used, it would be better to still have other alternative strategies so that they cannot be defeated by opponents in the next match.
In the upcoming match Leverkusen doesn't need to try too hard to get 3 points but remains consistent without being defeated even though it's only 1 point but that's much better than losing points. Against Hoffenheim should be an easy task for Xabi.

Changes are needed to make Leverkusen a strong team like last season and maybe Xabi Alonso should look for alternatives when the game does not match the strategy he expects. The rotation that is done must be really right so that they don't have to lose points or get one point. Next Sunday's match is indeed much easier because they will face Hoffenheim and in terms of quality Leverkusen is above them. But even so, Xabi Alonso must also be careful where in the match must be a revival point to achieve full points as an effort to maintain the opportunity to occupy the top three or five rankings. The season before last, Stuttgart was close to relegation from the Bundesliga, and before betting on them I would think more about this than about the fact that they were successful last season. Stuttgart is always a very interesting side to watch. They come with surprising talents and rarely stay consistent with the excitement. But in all fairness to them, they are always a very well-managed side.  They have a great coach in Sebastian Hoeneß, their squad is great and they always refresh their squad with newer talents.

Now they had a rough start to the season, and things get difficult when you face Gladbach because they do things which are really unexpected. They make football very fun to watch for sure. I personally won't recommend betting for Stuttgart until they find their sweet spot. The squad right now lacks form, which they hopefully can gain in the coming days.

Out of the 18 amazing teams, they are now 14th, which isn't a good look at all. I hope they deal with their issues in the squad, so they can return to good football at their earliest convenience. There is an international break now, which they can use to get the best out of players, also players who are specifically struggling in some situations can recover and see better days on the pitch.

It's a funny list of reasons, because Real Madrid have a lot more upside in every single one of those. Of the successes of German teams, for some reason I only remember Dortmund's victory (I think in the quarterfinals of the Champions League); in other cases, Real simply destroyed all German clubs, including Bayern.
Overall, it doesn't matter how Stuttgart plays in the Champions League (I don't think they'll make it into the top 8, but they won't be eliminated right away either, so only the playoffs will matter), they need to improve their situation in the Bundesliga - 6 goals conceded in 2 games is a bad sign.

The last reason from that list should be a joke. Calling Stuttgart could trouble Real Madrid is a joke. Their current stats showed how they're being toothless after Guirassy joined Dortmund. They were losing their sharpness. they have been so poor in bundesliga. also, it's an away game for them

It's a fortune for Stuttgart if they manage to enter the R16. They'll have two intensive weeks. First, an away match against Madrid. Then, a home game against Dortmund.

It seems like most of them want to see a different result and I think it still doesn't make sense even if Stuttgart has a miracle. Real Madrid has something more inexplicable when in the champions league and all teams know it is impossible to beat Real Madrid. Seeing Stuttgart's performance in the Bundesliga is still haphazard how can they have such deep thoughts?

I think those two weeks will still not produce any points for Stuttgart, the fatigue of thinking about two competitions that have not been able to improve their fate is one of the reasons they will not perform optimally. Rather than thinking about the chances of the champions league towards the last 16, I think it is better for Stuttgart to think about how to avoid falling into the relegation zone.
