It is very unfortunate that Munich was unable to get full points at home when hosting Bayer Leverkusen, even though Bayern Munich dominated possession throughout the match. Vincent Kompany's team played aggressively, they had many opportunities with 18 total shots, 1 big chance, 3 shots on target and 2 hitting the goalpost. However, uniquely, Leverkusen was the first to take the lead starting from a corner kick utilized by Xhaka to provide a perfect pass to Robert Andrich and it could be converted into a goal. Aside the ball possession that Bayern Munich dominated the match was a balanced game because seeing how both teams were very careful not to make mistakes shows that they believe so much that any mistakes they make they will get punished for it from their opponent. Bayern Munich and Bayern Leverkusen are very two big teams that are in their top notch form now. They really played a very superb game even though one of the teams was trying to outshine the other one before the game got balanced in the second half. The game has really shown who the king of the Bundesliga are and it clearly shows that both teams cannot be easily outmatched for the Bundesliga champions just yet. The league is very much in its early stage and this result have shown that this two teams cannot be easily outshined in this league and they’ll be given us a great time for who to win the Bundesliga title in the end.

Bayern Leverkusen won the title last season but it won’t be easy for them to repeat the same thing this year. Last year, they were able to win the league without losing any match but unfortunately this season even in its early time, they already lost a match and this is something to have a doubts on them winning the league title easily this season. RB Leipzig, Stuttgart and also Borussia Dortmund are also strong competitors for the league title and I expect them to give us a top fight for the league title along side the two teams that played today.

By the way I was surprised to see the final result of the Dortmund vs Bochun match, I left the game after Bochum scored 2 goals in the first half and I checked the final result today, I honestly can't believe Dortmund made a comeback and even scored 4 goals totally beyond my expectations. Leipzig take advantage of their result and took 2nd place, that's the right move.

Pulsating draw in the Bayern vs Leverkusen game, I expected nothing else. The Bayern equaliser was a really good goal by Pavlovic. Bayern will be happy to keep their 3 point gap to the champions Leverkusen.

However the game was really satisfying, wasn't it?    Both goals were really lovely but Pavlovic's goal was something else man.    It was a shot that is very difficult for any goalkeeper in the world.

After a point in the second half, you must have noticed how much Bayern Munich started to control the game. But they still wasted really important opportunities. Especially those two hit to the post by Gnabry... 

My bets were on BTTS and over 2.5 goals. If only there was another goal... But it's still okay though.

Xavi Alonso set up the best plan for the match that would help his team get a point in the game and he succeeded even though it was not easy them because the home team Bayern Munich dominated the game and they created a lot of chances, but the defensive game Leverkusen played helped them to hold the game to a draw which is a fair result for the both teams.

Vincent Kompany is a good manager I must say, he has started to show us how good he is because most of us said that he need to have faced all the big teams in the Bundesliga before we can admit that he can do it, and he has faced the defending champions today and played very well and dominated the game completely, but his team was not lucky to win the game because Kane was well marked.

Bayern Munich still maintains their three points gap between them and the defending champions Leverkusen and Dortmund after five Bundesliga games, RB Leipzig is having a good season, they are the second team in the table with 11 points, I am impressed with their performance so far because they look very serious and they are well competitive.

In addition, the draw indicates that Leverkusen is still able to maintain momentum to defend the trophy this season. Kompany front line seems only able to score many goals when facing average clubs, once again Xabi Alonso managed to avoid defeat at the Allianz Arena.

Bayern Munchen path to realizing their ambition to dominate the Bundesliga again seems difficult, they must not be careless in the future, because Leverkusen is very ready to take over the top of the standings at any time. of course, it is still too early to talk about it, because the standings have not been formed with a wide point difference. Leipzig, who is currently in second place, also has the opportunity to lead the top of the standings in the future. It was a very tough game for both teams, Leverkusen did came with lots of pressure knowing fully that any slacking will be used against them and lose all three points. The result came out in a very good sense, both teams had to share points instead of giving the other 3 points to nothing and this has kept Munich as the lead and brought Leverkusen to the third position on the table.
