Actually, if they want to be serious, they are very capable of competing in the local league or in European competitions, unfortunately they cannot be serious in doing so, as seen from how they form a team that always sells its valuable players. When talking of the German bundesliga, I also share the same sentiment as you bro, we are still in the early days of the season, and it's just two matches played, we haven't seen the best and the worst of all this top teams, I believe that by December the picture will be much more clearer, and by then the real competitors might have emerge, but as for now, am seeing a little bit of promises from this Bayern Munich side, even though they are not at their best, but their is much more improvement from the way they were last season, then as Bayern Leverkusen,  though they have lost a game this season but that doesn't define if they are going to be challenging for the title or not, so by December hopefully, the picture will be much clearer.

Then as for your last paragraph, I believe that if Bayern Munich are actually good, they can compete on both front, I mean the German bundesliga and the uefa champions league, because they aren't new to such a situation, they have been able to compete on both front while dominating the German bundesliga over the years, so their is nothing new about it.

Leipzig is a good team, even Real Madrid had a hard time playing with them, so they are quite capable of beating Bayer. There is a lot of debate about how successful Bayer can be this season, but I would prefer to wait a few more rounds and see what they can achieve and whether they will lose more points. I think Bayern is strong enough to become champions, in fact they were strong enough last season, but the conflicts between the players and Tuchel made it impossible. Dortmund performance this season doesn't prove that they are capable of winning a trophy this season, from the beginning of the league I thought that Dortmund was going to play very well and compete with Bayern Munich, Leipzig and Leverkusen but after seeing Dortmund's performance in the last match they play I don't think they can compete with the big team's in the league and win a trophy, Dortmund last match against Werder was somehow poor because Dortmund can not score a goal in the match and the second half of the match Dortmund player got a red card in 73 minutes, some people might think the red card is the reason why Dortmund did not win the match but it is not the red card, Dortmund can not win the match and the red card was when the game is about to end.

@BALIK  It's towards at the end of the season when the competition has deepen  that's when you gonna understand that every point matters in this title race because the beginning of the season which is the laying of foundation for points is as important as the end. So don't take it casual that Bayer Leverkusen losing 3points in two games played may not affect their chances should their opponent Bayern Munich continue in their campaign of winning more games. Drawing our attention to the EPL last season it was not less than 3points that Manchester City used in winning the trophy ahead of their major opponent Arsenal who lost points to Aston villa in the middle of the season.

Heidenheim was surprisingly able to appear consistent in achieving victory in the first two Bundesliga matches and this is different from what happened with Dortmund who were still not consistent in their game, So far we might consider Dortmund to be one of the teams that is capable and strong in competing in the Bundesliga but seeing their game under the coaching of Nuri Sahin makes me also doubt if they can win against Heidenheim in the match, especially since so far Heidenheim performance and motivation are in very good condition ahead of the match, Dortmund have better quality in terms of squad compared to Heidenheim at the moment, but, I think the strategy and game implemented by Nuri Sahin are still in transition and have not really been understood by the Dortmund players, so I think Heidenheim will win 1-0 over Dortmund in the match.
