I am sure that Bayern Munich will be Bundesliga champions. Leverkusen will be far behind in the title race this season. I can't see any reason to think that this team is strong this season. Also, I don't trust ten Hag. It is very unlikely that he will build Leverkusen into a title-winning team. Maybe we will see some stable performance from Leverkusen, but I don't think we will see title-winning performance from Leverkusen this season.

When it comes to Bundesliga it is very possible that Bayern Munich can win because they are the defending champions  and they might still have that heat in them but we should also not forget the fact there other clubs and Leverkusen is doing some improvement and that might be very challenging because Dortmund seems to been doing well to because  they won there last match.

Ten Hag is not to be trusted actually because is last experience with Manchester United was not a good one and that is why everyone is skeptical so until the game starts then we are going to know if is capable or not because even when Kompany became the coach people did not have faith in him until he proved him self worthy of that position so maybe ten Hag will do the same thing but if he fails then we are going to know that it was actually the fault of ten Hag for Manchester United to be the way they are currently.

It was Leverkusen that ended Bayern long line of winning Bundesliga title every season. For this season, the title remains with Bayern Munich, Leverkusen are still figuring ways of returning to the competition, they are not prepared for the season which we can see from their performance this few games. Well, important players were sold and new coach was brought in, i know the team shouldn't be expecting much right away, if they make top four that is a best recovery achievement to end the season.

Leverkusen are starting over. Xabi Alonso and Erik ten Hag have different systems you know. They don't adopt the same game plan. So it would take some time to get better...

As a result, it would be a big surprise even if Leverkusen win the Bundesliga this season.    The board would expect ten Hag to finish in top 4 at worst. The Champions League qualification must be a crucial target at this point.

Leverkusen are definitely in a rebuilding phase this season because Eric Ten Hag needs to find a system that will work with the players he has available and thatx why expectations shouldn’t be over the roof as for this season. Because honestly speaking for a club to sell off key players and also bring in a new coach with a completely different football philosophy is never an overnight fix i thing that was where Man-U actually messed up with Ten Hag!! Because over the years we hav seen similar transitions in big clubs before most especially clubs like Liverpool  & Man City in the Premier League... the first season is usually not about stabilizing or winning some mighty trophies!! but if the chance miraculously comes by then they fight for it but it normaly to set a standard of play not necessarily to chase the title.

But i still think it is unfair to completely write them off!! cazii things happen in football..  Xabi Alonso before switching career to Real Madrid really laid a strong foundation and if ten Hag manages to blend his own style of play to the system with the current squad!! Leverkusen can still surprise people... To me top 4 is a realistic goal but mind you German football always finds ways to shock us I mean Leverkusen had a good run when the likes of Bayern and Dortmund were also challenging.. Althogh! as usual Bayern for sure still looks the safest bet for the Bundesliga this season, but if Leverkusen secures Champions League qualification while adapting to a new system to me that alone would be a massive win for the project.. I wish Teg Hag success because he did wonders with Ajax....

You can’t blame them that much because other clubs in the Bundesliga are not as rich as Bayern Munich who happens to be top of them all. Bayern Leverkusen and Borussia Dortmund are the only teams I know can battle with Bayern Munich even with their current condition of the team. They don’t need to do much but work on their current squad in order to stand a chance against them. A lot of expectations from Eric Ten Hag to revive the Bayern Leverkusen’s team to battle for the Bundesliga title but their preseason games haven’t said much about how they’ll perform this season. We just have to wait to see how things turns around this season for them if they’re capable or not to battle it out with Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund who happens to be the top teams now in the Bundesliga now.

I can’t argue this with you because Bayer Leverkusen sold their two main players and got in new players. From that decision, I know the team performance will be affected this season. Secondly, they changed their coach. Ten Hag’s performance in his previous club was not good, and that is why Bayer Leverkusen’s performance is somehow not to be predicted this season.

Seriously, I think the best thing is to wait and see what their performance will look like. We criticised Bayern Munich last season for bringing in Kompany as their new coach, and at the end, it turned out to be a surprise for everyone. Yes, they don’t look serious in the transfer market despite losing some key players in their squad; that wasn’t enough reason to look down on them in this season’s title race because they now have another coach entirely.

Remember; the last two seasons Leverkusen won the Bundesliga came very shocking to us, many football fans never expected that from Leverkusen even though it was Alonso that was coaching them simply because they don’t seems to have players with big names in their squad, and yet they won the Bundesliga undefeated.

If we are to make reference to this, they still stand a chance to win the Bundesliga because they have an experienced coach that knows exactly what he is doing.

You are right, and that is why Bayern Munich always get much opportunity to win the Bundesliga every season. Is only Dortmund that usually challenge Munich in the league competition, but still they don't use to have the chance to top them in the league table, they usually failed at the ends. Leverkusen as do much better last two seasons and achieve the Bundesliga title with xabi Alonso. But since Xabi Alonso as leave the club to Real Madrid,  i don't think Leverkusen can win it as they did when Xabi Alonso is coaching the club.

Bayern Munich have been buying some key players to make the team stronger, and am sure the players is not to make them perform better in the league, they bought the new players because of the Champions league, since is the competition that is given them tough time. Kompany is ready to perform better to achieve the ucl this season. The way they play against Stuttgart that will give you that Bayern Munich is really prepared to face any big club this season. I wouldn't say Leverkusen is making improvements. They lost a top coach and took on Ten-Hag, who is a bit of a risky move. They sold some of their top players: Wirtz, Frimpong and Kossounou, they acquired some replacement players with decent potential, namely Quansah (from Liverpool) and Tillman (from PSV), but they're not rated as high as the leavers. So overall, at least on paper, Leverkusen is not as strong as it was last year or the year before.

I have a feeling that Borussia Dortmund might finish above Leverkusen this season, but I don't think either of them would be able to snatch the title from Bayern.

I doubt Ten Hag, not because he is a bad coach but the squad that Leverkusen currently has is not as good as Bayern Munich, especially since several of their key players have left the team, so I think realistically, Bayern Munich has a strength that cannot be matched by other Bundesliga teams.

Judging by the player material that Leverkusen has, Ten Hag will have a difficult first season. I don't see Leverkusen being able to give Bayern Munich any competition in the Bundesliga title race, not because I underestimate the strength of the squad that Ten currently has, but the level that Bayern Munich is at is very difficult for other clubs to match.

I don't think that doubting or trusting Eric ten hang has anything to do with this, just look at this Bayern Leverkusen team, the hierarchy of Bayern Leverkusen practically strips the team of it quality in this summer transfer window without replacing them or even add enough quality closed to what left, and you guys are expecting Eric ten hang to perform miracle and challenge Bayern Leverkusen that has everything in their arsenal to win the German bundesliga, I honestly don't see that happening, because I think that a top four finish will even be difficult but not impossible.
So in essence of what am trying to say is that Bayern Munich is miles ahead of this Bayern Leverkusen team in quality and in depth, so they are more likely to win this year German bundesliga without much resistance from other German top side.
