Actually, there isn't a direct offer from Bayern Munich for Osimhen. To my knowledge, an agent from England has offered Osimhen to Bayern Munich. It's said that Bayern Munich responded by saying they wouldn't pursue the transfer as long as Harry Kane is with the team. However, I think they could sign the Nigerian if Harry Kane leaves. Because he's currently one of the best strikers in Europe. And I'm sure he could score a lot of goals in a team like Bayern Munich, which creates so many chances. Osimhen will not be ready to leave  the Turkish side at those time and the money spent to get him is one which I doubt the Turkish side has realized already or has gotten enough value for already, so they too will not be ready to let go already at this time, else it will be such  a very pricy deal that Bayern may not want to gwt on with.

Yes I think this is just a rumor from the media for profit, and as far as I know, Galatasaray still has a debt for the purchase of Osimhen from Napoli, although I am quite hopeful that he can play with Bayern Munich and become one of the candidates to replace Kane, at this time or the January market is not the right time for Bayern Munich, they are already perfect with the existing line up + Harry Kane in his best form.

As long as Harry Kane still performs well in Bayern Munich, I think Bayern Munich won't hire a new striker. So, it makes sense if they rejected Osimhen. Having Osimhen even can bother the performance of Harry Kane because they must divide their opportunity to play. Bayern Munich uses 1 striker, there will be 1 player only in that position. I took the liberty and checked who made the most goal this season so far and your guess was right, Bayern is on top. Barcelona is close second with 53 goals but they achieved this with 4 more matches. So it's actually not even close when you look at it that way. 3rd place is Man City with 43 goal in 19 matches  .
Bayerns dominance is just so frustrating for the German football fan. Bayern fans of course are happy but the rest is dwelling in misery and boredom.

When you say reject Osimhen, do you mean to say that Galatasaray can't afford his wages again and now wants to offer him to another club or the Nigeria international is now surplus to requirements at the home of the Turkish champions. Inasmuch as I know this report might be true, I strongly doubt the authenticity.
Victor Osimhen is exceptionally doing well at his current and should he decide to leave Galatasaray at the end of the season, I doubt he'll want a switch to Bayern Munich. Just like you said, this news is just a rumour and I want to believe that is not true.

Bayern Munich doesn't need another big signing for the CF position now for sure. Kane is scoring like a machine already. Why would Kompany want another one like him?

If Osimhen can be added to the Munich squad, their squad will become even stronger. Munich's attack is already very strong. If they  can add Osimhen, they will become even stronger. Osimhen and Galatasaray's contract clauses are not complicated, they can release the player at any time if they reach an agreement. If Bayern Munich are interested and they can agree on what Osimhen wants, then they can quickly bring him to the BUndesliga.

Because the problem I know about Osimhen is that he wants to get a big salary so that is an obstacle for teams interested in him. Bayern Munich do not have a problem with finances, it's just that they have to think realistically about the salary they can provide. The entire premise of Osimhen moving to Bayern, only works if Bayern loses Kane, otherwise it definitely makes no sense. Bayern has 100% trust that they can keep Kane in the team, and not looking to sell him off to Barcelona and if that is the case then they do not need Osimhen at all. This is probably the move of Osimhens agent, who probably (this is my assumption only) just went to Bayern and said "if kane leaves, osimhen is willing to come" type of thing, which would make sense of course.
