No major surprises here. I expected Union to earn 3 points on the last in the table Mainz, but it's not like Union are a top team either.

Except for the Union Berlin match, the rest of the matches have seen the expected results. Many expected Dortmund to win. But they forgot that the match was Frankfurt's home match. Dortmund managed to get 1 point at Frankfurt's home, there is no way to call it a bad result.
Union Berlin got 1 point against a weak team like Mainz. If the match had been Mainz's home match, then maybe it would have been acceptable. But Berlin could not win their home match against the weakest team in the Bundesliga. It is sad.

There were moments at the beginning of the season when Stuttgart was looking really good, but their recent performances were far from perfect. They won only once in the last 5 league games. It may not be an easy one for Leverkusen, but I think they will use the home advantage and will win. If so, that would get them only 1 point behind Dortmund.

Its true most came out as expected why some also prove the unpredictability in football this days that all teams are relentlessly fighting to crest there names at the European football tournament next season. One of the game i see that proved the uncertainty in football is that of borussia Dortmund against Frankfurt, Dortmund is sitting second with an impressive performance in there last games which was enough reason for them to cement a win in the game but narrowly went home with a draw which am sure was never an excellent result for them in that game.

Yeah, you’re right. The Werder–Hoffenheim and St. Pauli–Leipzig matches were called off because of the weather. I think the most interesting game today is Bayer vs Stuttgart. Hopefully the teams will be just as entertaining as Frankfurt and Borussia yesterday, who scored six goals. I wouldn’t say Borussia were thrashed at all — on the contrary, I think the game was pretty even. For a first match after the break, it turned out to be an excellent game!

But if not for the fact that this Germain Bundesliga teams like to be unserious most times I don't really see much difference in the standings that will make Bayern Munich actually think they are far ahead of all teams, believe me any team leading with just 8 points in the English premier League is never sure of finishing even top 3, the points difference between Bayern Munich Dortmund is just 8 points and every one believes Bayern Munich is the winner because of how unserious those teams are, yesterday game was a game Dortmund ought to have won despite whom they played against but they screwed it all up.

I get that Bayern Munich was seen as the team to beat in every single season, but Dortmund should have been better than this too. Been a few years since they were last good, in that season where they lost the chance to win the title on the very last game, that was their doom.

Nobody expected them to lose the title on the very last game, that was horrible way to lose, and it left such a big dramatic situation to them that they never recovered and because of it they are still playing badly. Management literally got worse and right now they are not looking good. I personally hope that they do a better job soon enough and recover, they are looking like they will get the second place yet again, but they need to try to do better.

I remember when I said Franfurt will do everything to atleast draw the match, and someone here reply me that Frankfurt is just an average team in the Bundesliga, here is the result the match ended in draw. Sometimes people don’t really think that football is full of surprises a

It was in the 2022/24 German Bundesliga season that Borussia Dortmund failed to win the German league after dropping points in their last game of the season while Bayern Munich won theirs to retain the trophy. Since then, Dortmund have been a shadow of themselves. It was Bayer Leverkusen who was led by Xabi Alonso that won the league the season after and instead of fighting to return to challenging for the league, Dortmund have been struggling. Now that Leverkusen aren't at their best, Bayern Munich are having a stress-free campaign.
Dortmund used to be that serious contender for the league title but the club's style of management and selling off their best players I think majorly contributed to their current struggles. Maybe we're gonna see a better Dortmund next season.

It was definitely a shameful defeat because we had hoped that Bayer Leverkusen would be able to secure the win but I observed well that they were in a very critical situation against this team at home. This is a disappointing result because everyone has probably noticed that in the 66th minute, a Bayer Leverkusen player scored a goal. But on the other hand, the VfB Stuttgart team was able to play very effectively and they surprised everyone in this match by scoring four goals and snatching victory, you are right that this team played very shamefully at home because conceding two goals in just two minutes.

The crazy result mostly came from Leverkusen’s poor defense. They looked like they weren’t taking the game seriously at all. Not sure what’s really going on, maybe there are some problems between the players and the coach, but honestly I’m really disappointed with how unproductive most of Leverkusen’s defenders were in that match. Good thing I didn’t bet on this game.

Yeah that wasn't just 4-0 it STAYED 4-0 until like the 66th minute when Leverkusen got a pity penalty. Final was 1-4 but the damage was done at half time.

FOUR subs at halftime. You know what that means? It means that the whole tactical setup was so catastrophically wrong that Hjulmand had to rip out half the team before they even came back from the locker room.

Leweling scored two times by the way (7th minute and right before the break). Undav had three involvements with goals altogether, not two as some reports said. Stuttgart's xG was more than 3 away from home. Players will play against the defending champions. When you're making that much quality on somebody else's pitch you're not just winning, you're making a point.

For a team like Bayern Munich, over 5 points is enough difference to see them as been far and that is because they are not team that keeps winning and moving with the point forward, it is only in rare cases they suffer decline after climbing that far to the top so they are not a team to even see less with the point difference you may not want to consider high.

I avoided a few matches including Dortmund - Frankfrut. And I'm glad Freiburg won just waiting for the result of Lepizig for my parlay.

I didn't watch the match, but I happened to check it on youtube, the goal was beautiful, unfortunately it didn't show a detailed replay for the goal.

Leverkusen only narrowed the defeat with 1 goal, that too through a penalty, losing by 3 at home is quite embarrassing, I wonder what they did after that long break.

Leverkusen is a far cry from last season's team. With both sales and poor form, their 4-1 defeat to Stuttgart is understandable.
They need transfers to improve, at least 3-4 players who can be regular starters, otherwise they'll have a tough season.
