The main question for me in the Bundesliga about the Bayern Munich dominance comes from the fact that they are a country who is a total economic powerhouse so is super strange to see they only have one super team, that is not normal take for example Englan, England have at least 5 teams super strong and for diferent cities, Italy the same, Spain a little diferent but still 2 teams at least fighting.

The reason why Bayern Munich dominated Bundesliga is because it is the only club that is richer than other clubs, Bayern Munich has been the most successful team in Bundesliga and the only team that come little close to them is Dortmund but since Dortmund sell many of their best players and sign players who can not compete for the league title the league change, Bayern Munich can sign player worth 80 million above and no any team in Bundesliga can do that except the club sell some players before they can able to buy.

The same thing happens in La Liga because only three clubs can sign top players and that is Real Madrid, Barcelona and Atletico Madrid, other clubs can not sign players that worth 50 million euros and that is why they can not compete except they have a good coach, Leverkusen is the only club that is able to challenge Bayern Munich last two seasons and that was when Bayern Munich performance is not good, Bayern Munich will continue to dominate the league because they have everything to do that.

Bayern Munich won't sell Olise, no matter what kind offers there are. Only reason Olise could ever be sold one day, would be if Olise pushes hard on leaving and insists on it, and I do not get that vibe from him to be fair. Xabi Alonso did fail at Real Madrid, but not because he his not a good coach, or a better manager for Real Madrid. Xabi failed due to a breakdown in his relationship with some players in the dressing room, and he also tried to overhaul the Madrid play style which has been used for years, he tried to initiate his own cultural play style which some players are unfamiliar with.

I know Xabi Alonso did well with Leverkusen, but with his much qualities and experience, I think he deserves to coach in a better league like the EPL. I can also withdraw my statement that he failed in some conditions, because neither did Ancelloti nor Arbeola did better than in from last two seasons.

At the moment, besides Real Madrid, PSG are also interested in Olise. And I think PSG's interest is a more realistic possibility because they have the financial resources and are willing to spend. Especially after two successful seasons in which Luis Enrique won the Champions League twice in a row, the club is likely to trust his judgment, and the transfers he requests will probably be approved.

these teams have had a change and not all have managed to keep up, dortmund is a team that managed to find its balance years ago but the level of football has changed and they have not been able to deal with everything that has happened currently, this has had a negative impact on the dortmund team.

Xabi Alonso is already the coach of Chelsea and I believe that he will improve and build the team to stabilize their performance for success. It might take him time to do that because Chelsea is already in a bad form before he took over. Therefore, the management needs to give him time and support him in order to achieve the club's goal.

Xabi Alonso did an incredible job in Bayer Leverkusen, we all know that, but he was not able to achieve that in Real Madrid, even though we all know he was not given enough time and the respect he deserved from the players.

Going to Chelsea is another league entirely. Comparing these three leagues, you can judge if Xabi Alonso will do better at Chelsea. The Bundesliga has a bit less pressure, while to me, I can say the Premier League is even more competitive than La Liga. Xabi Alonso found it hard in La Liga, unlike how it was for him in the Bundesliga.

First of all, Perez started all this as a campaign strategy for his re-election into office as club president and I think the idea was aimed at wooing voters into voting for him during the elections, but based on antecedents, it has always being an attitude for Perez to always keep to his campaign promises and I believe he would go all the way to bring in Michael Oliseh just as he promised the fans before the elections in years past.
