XAPO is the best with cold storages and insurance company support.

i didn't know this, i thought that only coinbase has insurance on your funds

are they in touch with IRS too like coinbase? so your funds are monitored by them?

Yes it is. But for personal online wallet, i prefer blockchain.info because it's simple, no need verification handphone. and it's simple and easy to use.

to create a hard wallet .........

to make a hard wallot for example from blockchain.info
is only printing the information, including±

Login Link, inclusive the identifier
Mnemonic password
the scan to load QR code
the scan to redeem QR code
the bitcoinadres
and another somewhat 44 character

so, in other words, a paper wallet is A PRINT?

XAPO is the best with cold storages and insurance company support.

But xapo do not have sign a message. You can't control your btc there.
For me the best online wallet is blockchain, electrum, mycelium and coinbase and for offline wallet the best is paper wallet.

For anyone interested I got my andoid part done with Ledger Nano- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1305888.msg13375015#msg13375015
I highly suggest watching video at end if questions on it, it does a great job of showing it in use.

I also still have these other hands on with different wallets:
Trezor: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1298917.0
KeepKey: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1283805.60

Yes i agree with you, i think is not the best online bitcoin wallet. because you can't sign a message. i prefer blockchain.info, you don't need handphone verification like xapo.

So you think you control your private keys with coinbase and blockchain online wallet?

Anyways I preferred XAPO over Blockchain in online wallet provider as blockchain encounters many problems last year and no longer listed in the list of recommended online wallets in bitcoin.org.

Look up above a few post's it is a hardware wallet.  You can buy one and use it.  I have done a hand's on with one:
Trezor: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1298917.0

I suggest looking at different types of wallets and reading up a bit.

For me, its blockchain.info

It is a good hot wallet there is no doubt about it.  But it's not going to suit all needs.

I have come to point I think you need multiple wallets and it depends on your usage what is best for you.  A all hot wallet or all cold wallet is not best.  It is a mixture, and possibly hardware in that mix depending on how many coins your using.

For me, its blockchain.info

Why people still use that wallet Undecided please do more research first. BC.I wallet is have a lot problem with their wallet service, also don't forget if that service wallet have been removed by bitcoin.org from their wallet list. Use cold wallet is the best choice, don't use hot wallet even for your daily spend, better choose mobile wallet for daily spend.
