a person said that they are keeping the money from withdrawing to profit from bitcoin fork. If this is true so when will be this fork and possibly after that they will resume normal withdrawals.
Segwit is canceled if that is what you mean, there is some Bitcoin Gold fork coming up but i don't know the details.

It has happened already:
https://www.coindesk.com/bitcoin-gold-goes-live-bumpy-blockchain-launch/

Segwit isn't cancelled at all. Segwit is working since 1 August.
What you mean is Segwit2X from the NYA (New York Agreement) is cancelled, but even that is not completely true: https://bitcoin2x.org

not only hashflare, but also other cloud mining sites might be scam. However hashflare is still paying. However I can not suggest it to anyone.
Pretty much every cloud mining site is a scam that already happened or will happen some time in the future.  People should know this going in and if they feel like they want to gamble getting a return before the admins disappear then that's on them.

This is risky. Cloud mining like Hashflare or Genesis Mining are real mining company for this moment, but mining farm like Auroramine or another cloud mining are sure scam.

Is this the normal? I haven't got an investment in hashflare at the moment but this "normal" minimum withdrawal values still look like pretty damn high figures to me. Usually, 0.001-0.002 BTC minimum is a good starting point for btc. 0.01 BTC or around $70 is way too much.

Anyways, it's still odd that they chose to raise the minimums to such high levels in the first place.

Quite frankly i would probably shy away from investing with them, based on previous actions that they took.

Before it was 0.005 if I remember well.

In many other programs I am in the minimum is now at 0.01 BTC as standard because of the fees, so I would't be surprised if they keep these minimum from now on, but they said it is just temporary.

There are many fake links on HashFlare. Are you sure you are using the right link? https://hashflare.io/

I got mine directly, however, there was a glitch, i did never confirm by ticking the box, but the BTC was withdrawn and the hashpower was added, maybe you just file a complaint it might be some server issues.

Email received today from HashFlare:

Quote
Dear friends,

We would like to highlight today’s record-breaking profitability of cryptocurrency mining! The Bitcoin value just cannot stop growing, and cloud mining performance is keeping up.

See for yourself!

The price of 1TH SHA-256 is $150. According to calculations, daily mining profitability is $1,44. Taking the maintenance and electricity fee into the account ($0.35 per 1TH per day), we get the following numbers:

$1,44 - 0,35 = $1,09 – daily contract profitability
$1,09 x 30 = $32,7 – monthly contract profitability
$32,7 x 12 = $392,4 – annual contract profitability
“So why should I care about all these boring numbers” and what does it all mean? Quite simple! This means that according to the current data, the return on investment time for any SHA-256 contract is just under 140 days, while the profitability is over 260% per year.

It is high time to mine - and HashFlare still remains one of the best platforms for Bitcoin cloud mining!

Make sure to join us on social networks:

Our Facebook – https://www.facebook.com/HashFlare/

Our Telegram – https://t.me/HashFlare_Eng

Don't miss your chance – mine with us!

Sincerely,

HashFlare.io Team

It is not profitable... Wht would you buy it? Always use outside calculator to see ROI and then know that minig difficulty raises, so profits will be even lower... So real ROI is even longer to achive.

I really don’t know how hashflare is gonne survive with the limit bitcoin contracts. Genesis mining is still offering “unlimited” or lifetime contracts. My bet is that they will go bust within one year.
