I also just got an email with a $115 S7 Coupon from Hashnest. Only thing I have ever bought from Bitmain is an R1 Antrouter. Looks like they are on a big push, perhaps we are nearing the end of the S7? Rich |

I got the coupon for the same reason but in their mail is declared that it's only valid if you bought an Antminer S7 between the 9th september 2015 and 24th March 2016 |

Wow I'm really curious how these things will run with just one fan. I don't know much about the theories of cooling, but the S5 only had one fan and having a second fan didn't really help the cooling that much if I remember correctly.

Well I keep seeing that the S7 runs a little better at higher temps but I would still be nervous to run the unit with only a single fan. Regardless of what Bitmain declares.

One fan only, really?  Bitmain cutting corners again, for profit, no other reason. Make sure you get a second fan, if you're buying B16. |
