That's quite a common thing in this part of the market. Too much hassle, too much headache, too much legal work, all kinds of taxes, etc. I never understand why people are willing to expose themselves to so much risk just in reward for a tiny profit. It might take decades to earn back/double your money if you do this.

It is true that buying property need a lot of procedure and need so many document, but it is worthed, buying property is a good investment for future, if nobody want to buy or rent your house you can live inside and you can passed it to your children, and with the growth of human being in the future land will be limited, so the property price will keep on rising, but as you said the return profit is kind of long, so it is only suitable for a long term investment

Simply because people just love to talk about investments in real estate and how profitable they are, but you will hardly find anyone here who is actually heavily engaged in this activity (apart from buying a house or an apartment to live therein). Nope, A lot of the decision was guaranteeing by the financial institution. The government was working on the background, and every transaction was getting monitored by the financial institution. But in this way seems like there is more guarantee for whom wanna buy a property.

real estate business is a tough one and even buying it is hard to make profit. and it always changes based on the country you live in and the inflation rate and many other factors that affect this market a lot and there are always times that the market is down and you lose money if you enter it.

in other words it is not so much different from investing in other things, and you should not enter it without proper experience because that would lead to big losses.

As majority said, i myself also agree that altcoin trading is much profitable than any other investments because its movement is fast and if ever trend falls successive then it rises and rises all the way in along run. But don't be easily get fooled of those untrusted sites sending pm's to you offering nice investments without proof because that maybe fall you into trap of ghost investments, thats why i am prefering this trading of altcoins because of its nice reputation. One important thing to do before you trade is? Read, understand and learn.

I agree, it is better to buy bitcoin then hold for a long time. We have to wait, when the price go up, do not immediately sell. Believe me, the price of the bitcoin will always go up. I regret having sold 3 bitcoin when the price is $650 about 2 months ago.
