I agree, not all people are addicted to gambling.  Others play for fun and entertainment and while enjoying it they still have a hold to their emotion and actions.  Others may gamble for profit but they moderate it so that it won't affect their financial budget.   It all depends on the people and it is not gambling that is wrong, it is how people handle themselves that is wrong and should be corrected.

Exactly, you won't get to win that amount if you aren't ready to take some risk. And in simplest word, you will not win if you will not bet.
