I agree, as long as a player keeps control over their habits they wont go broke and wont get addicted. If its your hard earned money you will feel bad after you lose and then you will end up sulking over it. Then you will go to play again in hopes of winning back your losses. That is no always possible and dangerous as well. If you chase losses that is wrong since in EV- games it only leads to more losses.

the -EV concept are exactly like that , you won't have a chance to make gambling as your source income yeah no , it won't profitable no matter what you have done. then when people insist to gamble and chase for the profit and sometimes makes people gamble like a mad , that time gambling completely wrong even in general.

If you are going to sum all up the losses that you have already had in gambling then I could say that you are just different from an addicted gambler. If I were to analyze the situation of lossing in gambling for a bigger amounts within a long time, I guess it's a wrong idea because  you're not making profit beyond the fun activities of gambling. Indeed mate. Some countries gambling is banned because it's their belief or religion. So that's why it is really forbidden to them. Whereas some countries gambling is legal but you can only gamble if the casinos have legal permits from goverment. But ofcourse there are still some illegal gamblings games in which some people still patronizing it even if it's wrong.

I could not agree more to you. Treating gambling as a source of income for your family is really a BIG BIG wrong idea. You will surely be frustrated and stresses will eat you alive. The most thing that will happen is that you only not earn any money for your family but you are also selling all of your properties and belongings - what then can you say to your kids?
