Yes, they seem to be.
Only thing is they have shortened the 20 year time frame to 2 years. 

15 years (time's moved since Satoshi said that). And (not unreasonably) extrapolating price from transaction volume. But if we're to see "no volume" in 15 years we'd presumably expect to see a trend toward that, rather than transaction volume and price suddenly hitting zero.

The reason should be the next halving where the block reward will be deducted by 50%.

I can only see bitcoin reaching $500 possibly in 2016 at the halving..At that time bitcoin will soon rise to some extent because of decrease in supply but don't expect it to rise too much..Before 2016, i don't see if bitcoin can really even cross 350$ because currently demand is very low since many months and bitcoin prices are stuck between $230 to $260

Are you sure? I think what you mean is happen when mt gox still active and now want to see bitcoin price jump $50 is really hard, we need to wait 1 month maybe more than 1 month

What is ETF ?

The Winklevoss twins are attempting to get an exchange traded fund up and running for bitcoin so that institutional investors feel more comfortable in getting exposure to bitcoin. I suspect that the relative stability that has been seen in this market for quite some time is meant to promote bitcoin as a stable-ish investment that may be enticing to hedge funds and other brokerages for big money to enter the field.

If you look at the details of the EFT, you can see that it's really a dump. The Winklevii own around BTC150,000. There's no way they can unload that now without crashing the Bitcoin price. If their EFT works, the Winklevii sell their Bitcoins to the ETF for cash and are out of the Bitcoin market. This only works if they can find enough suckers investors to buy into the ETF.

I voted end of 2016, well I think it will be the run up to the end of 2016. My reasoning is because of the halving and hopefully if we don't get $500 it will reach fairly close to it on approach to the halving but who knows until it happens.

The bubbles if any will pop since bitcoin will need more long term holders who arent paying interest everyday on loans that are used to purchase bitcoin temporarily (and thus pressure traders to close positions quickly).

co-ordinated pump and dumps designed to overwhelm the market still seem to pose significant problems for bitcoin.

Coordinated pumps and dumps are just noise (in relation to the true market price of bitcoin).
Look for the underlying trend, beneath the noise.

its likely end of 2016 will hit 500 usd, but who knows? it may surpass 500 usd if only there big event or development going on.
