When will bitcoin reach 500 USD again ?

I think the price of bitcoin will trade in the current range for some time. Then we will have news about SegWit.

Same thing happened when the bitcoin trade between $400 to $550 for 5 months and then rose a lot.

With the halving just over it is time for a period without much volatility. Maybe even 3 months without much action is good.
Currently it's a holiday so there is not much to be expected anyway.

And I don't think that price will go below $500 in coming months as price is stable now and the best thing is its not going down, its going higher slowly and steadily.

That is right. I think the bitcoin price is consolidating at the moment. It might take several months, after that, the price will rise.

The bitcoin price went below $500 briefly in the last few days. But its price has recovered a bit to $570 now.

I notice this thread was just last year 2015 and yes, for now the price of $500 was already reached and even surpassed. That concludes that this thread is giving us a conservative projection, and normally when we are not too confident to see it, it normally happens. So in overall, I think the question would be after the $500 will it reach to $1,000?

I don't think that price will fall to $500, price is recovering now sow we can expect higher price in coming months and maximum it can achieve in this year is $800 not more then that.

If there is no bad news, the bitcoin price will trade above $550. After a few months, it will trade above $700.
